Luo Xufang， graduated from the Fine Art School of Nanjing Normal University， is a national first-class artist and member of the Chinese Artists Association. Luo now is a visiting scholar of China Renmin University， and painter of Li Baolins Art Studio of the Chinese Artists Association， Chen Yumings Art Studio， and the Painting Academy of Renmin University of China.

駱旭放，中国美术家协会会员、国家一级美术师，毕业于南京师范大学美术学院，中国人民大学首届山水画硕士研究生课题班。中国人民大学访问学者、中国美术家协会河山画会李宝林艺术工作室画家、陈钰铭水墨家园艺术创作室画家、中国人民大学画院画家。
