【摘要】目的 探讨冠心病患者血漿脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2、血尿酸、高敏C-反应蛋白水平变化。

方法 选取2016年09月~2018年11月收治的研究对象为60例冠心病患者,按照冠心病类型分为三组,即为观察1组(急性心肌梗死)、观察2组(不稳定型心绞痛)、观察3组(稳定性型心绞痛),同期选择20例健康体检人员作为研究对象——对照组;且对各组受检人员的脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2、血尿酸、高敏C-反应蛋白水平进行观察及评估。结果 观察1组患者的血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2、血尿酸、高敏C-反应蛋白高于观察2、3组及对照组数据,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2、血尿酸及高敏C-反应蛋白水平变化可用于预测冠心病,以便于为治疗提供正确方向,与此同时还能反映冠状动脉

进程。

with Coronary Heart Disease

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the changes of plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,serum uric acid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from September 2016 to November 2018.According to the types of coronary heart disease,they were divided into three groups:observation group 1 (acute myocardial infarction),observation group 2 (unstable angina pectoris) and observation group 3 (stable angina pectoris). At the same time, 20 health examiners were selected as study pairs.The levels of lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2,serum uric acid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were observed and evaluated.Results The levels of plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,serum uric acid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the observation group were higher than those in the observation group 2, 3 and the control group, and the P value was less than 0.05.Conclusion The changes of plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,serum uric acid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels can be used to predict coronary heart disease, so as to provide a correct direction for treatment, and at the same time reflect the process of coronary artery.

冠心病是临床上较为常见疾病之一,典型临床表现在于心肌梗死及心绞痛,又被称为冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病,具有极高的发病率,呈日益上升趋势,且越来越年轻化,同时也是威胁人们生命健康安全的第一大杀手,为此及时进行有效治疗十分重要,对改善预后具有积极作用[1];我院为了探讨冠心病患者血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2、血尿酸、高敏C-反应蛋白水平变化,选取研究对象为80例受检人员,现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
