银子岩景区旅游电子签单信息系统

【摘 要】现如今，旅游在民众生活中占有相当的比重，而旅游业已经成为了国家经济发展的重要支柱产业。景区将不得不面对成倍增加的客流量，传统的景区将不能满足现代景区客流统计的需要，同时还存在速度慢，漏洞多，易出错等缺点[5]。为此，本系统通过使用SSH框架、Browser/Server体系结构，设计一种把景区和旅行社先连接起来，让二者达成协议，景区允许使用签单购票，使用验票码进行验票的电子签单信息系统，直接减少了导游的大量工作，把保留发票票据、统计保障等工作直接交给了更为可靠的计算机管理系统，减少人为失误，导游可以提前使用签单额度预定门票，如果行程变更可以直接退票，到达景区直接通过一个验票码就可以入园游览，直接缩短了游客的入园等待时机，提升旅游的品质和服务质量。

【Abstract】Nowadays，tourism occupies a considerable proportion in people's life，and tourism has become an important pillar industry of national economic development.The scenic spot will have to face the multiplied passenger flow，the traditional scenic spot will not be able to meet the needs of the modern scenic spot passenger flow statistics，but also has the existence speed is slow，the loophole is many，easy to make mistakes and so on shortcoming[5].Therefore，this system through the use of SSH framework，the Browser/Server architecture，design a kind of connect the first scenic spots and travel agencies，both to reach an agreement，the scenic area allows the use of sign the ticket，use the recount check-in code of the electronic sign the bill information system， directly reduce the tour guide，the large amount of work to keep the invoice paper，guarantee of statistical work directly to the computer management system more reliable， reduce the human error，the guide sign the bill amount can be used in advance ticket reservation，if schedule changes can refund directly，to the scenic spot directly through a check-in code can play in the park，It directly shortens the waiting time for visitors to enter the park and improves the quality of tourism and service quality.

0 引言

目前國内的部分景区已经在推广使用电子票务系统，采用电子门票、电子护照、二维码门票等电子化方式取代传统的购买纸质门票的方式[5]。这种方式对于自由行的散客而言是十分便捷、环保节能的方式。但是根据一些景区的反映，即使是这种只针对普通散客的电子票务系统，使用率还是很低的，因此由此可以见，国内的签单信息系统的使用还需要加大普及宣传的力度;同时，随着物联网的兴起，互联网+的提出，如果旅游业再不乘上科技信息化的大潮，势必会给我国旅游业带来不可估量的损失。因此，在旅游业中应用信息化和网络化的系统来取代传统的手工方式是势在必行的。

1 系统功能

图1画出了银子岩旅游景区电子签单信息系统整体的主要层次。

第一层主要包括系统维护模块、旅行社模块、景区模块、导游模块以及验票员模块。

第二层主要包括用于旅行社、导游、景区及验票员这四个角色之间的消息传递的消息通知;用于各个账号登陆注册等操作的用户管理;用于系统维护的定时任务;用于旅行社管理各个与该旅行社有业务往来的景区管理;用于旅行社管理该旅行社下的导游管理;用于旅行社管理签单的签单管理;用于旅行社管理旅行社普通管理账号的账号管理;用于景区管理与该景区有业务往来的旅行社管理;用于景区管理门票的票务管理;用于景区管理签单的管理模块等。
