高校师范生师德教育融入马克思主义哲学知识教学可行性研究

【摘 要】道德是衡量一个人的重要标准，对教师来说更为重要。教师是人类灵魂的工程师，师德对学生的影响更为重大和深遠。党的十八大报告中指出“立德树人”是教育的根本任务，教师要在教育教学中实现这个任务。有良好师德的老师对孩子们日后成长为品行端正的高素质人才起着至关重要的作用。师范生是国家教育事业的接班人，其师德状况如何，直接关系到孩子们的健康成长，关系到中国特色社会主义现代化的实现，关系着国家的兴衰存亡。加强高校师范生的师德教育，是高校教育工作者面临的重要课题。把高校师范生的师德教育融入马克思主义哲学知识的教学中，是对高校师范生进行师德教育的有效途径。

【Abstract】Morality is an important criterion for measuring a person and is more important to teachers. As the saying goes， “teachers are the engineer of the human soul”， so the influence of the teacher's morality on the students is more significant and far-reaching. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that “Moral Education” was the fundamental task of education and university teachers must realize the task in education. Whether a teacher has a good moral quality is closely related to whether their students can grow into high-quality talents with good character in the future. Normal college students are the successors of the national education cause. Their morality is directly related to the healthy growth of children， related to the realization of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics， and related to the prosperity and decline of the country. Therefore strengthening the students' moral education is an important issue faced by college educators. I think that integrating the moral education into the teaching process of Marxist philosophical knowledge is an effective way to carry out moral education for normal students in university.

习近平总书记在纪念五四运动一百周年的大会上的讲话中指出：把青年一代培养造就成德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人，是事关党和国家前途命运的重大战略任务，是全党的共同政治责任。[1]2018年全国教育大会提出要培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义的建设者和接班人，其中“德”都是第一位的，具有根本性、引领性作用。[2]学生的培养离不开教师，“德”是为人之本，而“师德”则是为师之本，品德高尚的学生的培养呼唤品德高尚的老师，有良好师德的老师对孩子们日后成长为品行端正的高素质人才起着至关重要的作用。

1 加强师范生师德教育的重要性

党的十八大报告中把“立德树人”作为教育的根本任务。2019年全国教育工作会议指出：“从薄弱处着手落实立德树人的根本任务。2019年，重点针对长期以来疏于德、弱于体和美、缺于劳的问题……，以新的方式推进立德树人工作，培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。”[3]

己身正，方能正人。道德是衡量一个人的重要标准，对教师来说更为重要，教师是人类灵魂的工程师，师德对学生的影响更为重大和深远。教师要在教育教学中实现“立德树人”的根本任务，没有师德，是不行的。教育要为未来社会发展和经济建设培养人才，没有师德的教师，如何把祖国的后代培养成品学兼优的中国特色社会主义的合格建设者和可靠接班人？师范生是国家和民族未来的人民教师，其师德状况如何，直接关系到孩子们的健康成长，关系到国家文化软实力的提高，关系到中国特色社会主义现代化的实现，关系着国家的兴衰存亡。师德教育是高校师范生教育中不可忽视的一个重要方面，忽视了师德教育，将会埋下隐患。

当前社会广泛关注的师德教育问题，源于近年来屡有出现的一些师德失范问题，教师师德失范事件频发，暴露了某些教师师德的严重缺失。高校师范生是未来的人民教师，从源头上解决师德失范问题，要求高校加强对师范生的师德教育。如何更有效地加强师范生的师德教育，是摆在高校教育工作者面前的重要而紧迫的研究课题。
