大剂量盐酸氨溴索联合纤维支气管镜灌洗对老年重症肺炎疗效及肺功能分析

【摘要】 目的：對老年重症肺炎患者行纤维支气管镜灌洗联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗的临床效果及对肺功能的影响进行探究。方法：选取2017年9月-2019年11月于笔者所在医院接受治疗的105例老年重症肺炎患者，随机分为两组，观察组53例，对照组52例。观察组采用纤维支气管镜灌洗联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗，对照组采用大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗。将两组临床效果、肺功能及症状改善时间进行对比。结果：观察组总有效率为98.11%，显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组用力肺活量为（3.76±1.23）L，第1秒用力呼气容积为（3.12±0.35）L，最大呼气流量为（5.72±1.21）L/s，

均高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组症状改善时间均早于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对老年重症肺炎患者实施纤维支气管镜灌洗联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗能提升临床效果，有效改善肺功能，缩短患者康复进程。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of fibrobronchoscopic lavage combined with high-dose Ambroxol Hydrochloride on elderly patients with severe pneumonia and its influence on pulmonary function. Method： A total of 105 elderly patients with severe pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from September 2017 to November 2019 were randomly divided into two groups， 53 cases in the observation group， and 52 cases in the control group. And the observation group was given fibrobronchoscopic lavage combined with high-dose Ambroxol Hydrochloride， and the control group was given high-dose Ambroxol Hydrochloride. The effects， pulmonary function and symptoms improvement time were compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.11%， which was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The forced vital capacity in the observation group was （3.76±1.23） L， the forced expiratory volume at 1 second was （3.12±0.35） L， and the peak expiratory flow was （5.72±1.21） L/s， which were higher than those of the control group （P<0.05）. And the symptoms improvement time in the observation group were earlier than those of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Fibrobronchoscopic lavage combined with high-dose Ambroxol Hydrochloride in elderly patients with severe pneumonia can improve the clinical effect， effectively improve pulmonary function， and shorten the rehabilitation process of patients.
