小吸管吸脂术减少手术并发症的探讨

马越波,1959年生,1983年浙江医科大学口腔系毕业,从事整形和颌面外科工作17年,现为宁波市第二医院整形外科副主任医师,宁波市整形外科学组负责人,浙江省整形外科学会委员,浙江省医学美容学会委员,发表论文20余篇,参编《整形美容外科手册》等著作3部。获省级科技成果三等奖一项。摘要目的:探讨小吸管吸脂术在减少手术并发症方面的作用。方法:采用自制的小吸管(无缝不锈钢管制品),对103例患者行吸脂术,通过术后效果观察,分析其并发症发生情况。结果:小吸管吸脂术效果满意。瘀斑、血肿和血清肿、暂时性感觉减退、皮肤凹凸不平等并发症较粗管吸脂更少、更轻。循环系统脂肪栓塞,大血管和神经断裂等严重并发症从未发生。结论:小吸管吸脂术,效果良好,能明显地减少、减轻并发症的发生。

AbstractObjective:Study the effects of decrease complications after operations by using the Slim sucker liposuction.Methods:We adopted the slim sucker made by ourselves (seamless and stainless steel tube products),to treat 103 patients analysing the conditions the complications.Results:Satisfactory results were achieved. Which the petechiae,hematoma,reduction of feeling skin are not more even and more symmetrical than that using the wide sucker liposuction.The circulatory system embolism and the broken of big blood vessel never happened.Conclusion:The effect of liposuction by using the slim sucker is quite good,which can reduce and miligate the complications obviously.

脂肪抽吸术作为一种减少局部脂肪堆积、改善体形、增进健康的有效手术方法,已广泛地被整形外科医生所采用。脂肪抽吸术经历了干性及湿性去脂阶段,早期的去脂术出现了许多并发症,现已进入低创伤去脂的崭新时期,最大限度地减少了并发症的发生。我们自1997年起至今,应用小吸管皮下超量灌注吸脂术对103例患者进行治疗,通过临床手术效果的观察,现将手术器械及方法在减少并发症方面的临床意义报告如下。

1资料与方法

1.1资料统计本组103例,女性102例,男性1例;已婚81例,未婚22例;年龄20岁～55岁,平均37岁,均为局部脂肪堆积而影响体形。……
