中青年眼睑松弛症的整复治疗

李斌男，1964年生，武警山东省总队医院眼科主治医师，现就读于第四军医大学基金班，导师王为农副教授。［摘要］目的：探讨中青年眼睑松弛症的手术方法和疗效。方法：对16例患者量出须切除的上睑皮肤量。根据不同患者局部解剖结构特点，采用不同的手术方法整复。结果：16例术后既恢复了视野和视力，也获得了满意的美容效果。随访1年～3年疗效稳定。结论：所用方法治疗眼睑松弛症效果确切可靠，合乎美容要求。

PLASTIC TREATMENT FOR BLEPHAROCHALASIS

[Abstract] Objective:To evaluate the surgical method and clinical result to treat the blepharochalasis. Method:Surgeon clipped redundant skin of upper eyelid with forceps,so that the skin that would be excised was marked out.We choose different methods to perform plastic operation on 16 cases of blepharochalasis according to different topographic anatomic characteristics. Results:Postoperatively,not only the patients recovered visual acuity and visual field recovered,but also got satisfactory aesthetic effect.No recurrence was observed in the followed-up period of 1years～3years. Conclusion:These methods are effective in patients with blepharochalasis and meet the cosmetic demands.

中青年眼睑松弛症是指发生于中、青年的一类特殊的眼睑疾病，其原因不同但表现类似，俗称"肿眼泡"，此类患者亚洲人中尤多。由于情况特殊，常被列为美容重睑成形术非适应证行列。1993年～1999年，我们共为16例患者施行了手术整复，取得了满意效果。

1临床资料

本组患者16例，25眼，其中男5例，女11例。双眼9例，单眼7例，年龄17岁～32岁。发病时间6个月～5年，手术证实，16例均有眶脂肪疝出或脱垂，伴泪腺脱垂者8例11眼。所有病例均不伴有眉下垂及上睑下垂。

2手术方法

2.1切口设计根据面型及五官的和谐设计理想的重睑切口线。嘱患者自然轻闭双眼，用无齿小镊将上睑皮肤轻轻提拉至牵动睫毛翘动的情况并用龙胆紫画出第一条标记线的重睑高度，单侧患者如对侧眼是重睑者，根据对侧重睑线，设计第一条标记线形态。……
