新课改背景下初中数学学科中的培优扶困

【摘要】培优扶困是初中数学教学工作中的一个重要环节,是使数学教学适应学生个别差异、贯彻因材施教原则的一个重要措施,它是上课的一种补充形式,但又不是上课的继续和简单的重复;通过有目的、有计划、有组织的辅导和培训,使优生的学业成绩更加优秀、专长得到进一步的发展,成为具有创新能力的新一代人才;关心和帮助对学习数学有困难且学习成绩和学习能力偏差或个人身心、品德、行为较差的学生,使他们能够身心健康,学习成绩不断进步。

沐浴着改革开放的春风,与时俱进,新一轮的课改正开展得如火如荼,当今,在新课改背景下,初中数学教育和教学质量普遍提高;然而,同一班级学生的数学成绩存在着较为严重的两极分化现象且日益显现,尤其在初级中学数学教育和教学中,表现得较为突出;班级的后进生比例逐步扩大,在初二年级开始出现,特别在初三年级表现尤为突出,这种状况直接影响着班级数学教学质量的提高。

鉴于此,作为新时代的人民教师,肩负着民族的重托、人民的希望,提高全民族的综合素质,要培养出适应社会主义现代化建设的创新人才,全面提高初中数学教育和教学质量,就成为当务之急;认真做好培优扶困,也就成为摆在每一位数学教师面前的突出问题;三年来的教育和教学改革实践,使我深深懂得,为了全面提高初中数学教育和教学质量,我应切实做好以下几个方面的工作。……
