班主任工作的灵魂

【摘要】班主任——身兼教育者和管理者的双重使命,是一个班数十名学生的“魂”。班主任老师的学识、修养、性格、行为、习惯、情感无一不处处潜移默化地影响着学生。爱心是和谐师生关系的基础,对学生无私的爱是教师工作的源泉,是学生高尚情操和健康心理形成生长的沃土。教师对学生的信任是建立在爱的基础上的。尊重学生,尊重学生人格,也是建立在对学生无微不至的关心爱护上。班主任对学生的有原则的宽容,无不处处体现了教师的爱心。

班主任——身兼教育者和管理者的双重使命,是一个班数十名学生的“魂”。班主任老师的学识、修养、性格、行为、习惯、情感无一不处处潜移默化地影响学生。如果说知识是希望的种子,那么班主任老师的情感就是使它发芽的阳光雨露;如果说,学生的心灵是一块神奇的土地,那么班主任老师播下行为的种子就会得到习惯的收获,播下习惯的种子就会得到性格的收获,播下性格的种子就会得到命运的收获。因此,班主任老师应该充分地利用无私的爱和积极的情感激发,去加强对学生的感染、启发和教育,促使学生在心理上和自己产生认同,在学习上紧跟老师步调,刻苦钻研,勤学苦练,在关系上民主平等亲密和谐,尊敬老师,最终达到“亲其师而信其道”的良好教育效果。

那么,究竟怎样做才能当一名的优秀班主任呢?这里,笔者集小学、初中三十多年的教育工作历程,与同行共同探讨,权当一回班主任工作的心得体会交流。……
