浅谈对综合医院住院大楼建造的总造价控制的几点措施

摘要：怎样结合工程造价理论和项目实际情况来将医院工程的人力、物力和财力进行优化配置，以此来从根本上加强对医院工程造价进行科学有效的总体控制，使得其工程造价的增幅控制在合理可控的范围之内，是摆在所有建设单位和代建单位面前的一个重要课题。本文基于我国医院工程造价总体控制的现状，对引入代建制之后医院工程造价总体控制的几点措施进行了浅要的分析和探讨。

Abstract: how to combined with the project construction cost theory and project the actual situation of the project will be to hospital human, material and financial resources optimization allocation, so as to fundamentally strengthen to the hospital project cost for scientific and effective overall control, so that the project cost control in the growth of controllable reasonable range, is in all the construction unit and the construction unit of the before an important issue. 一、引言

近年来我国大量的工程實践证明，对于医院工程造价的总体控制而言，其实有着许多需要考虑的情况和方面，除了贯穿整个工程施工全过程造价的主要阶段和方面的内容之外，还有许许多多纷繁复杂的特殊情况和意外事件等都能对工程造价造成不同程度的影响，尤其是一旦发生利益纠纷之类的情况时，更是对工程索赔等方面的成本费用有着极大的影响。由此可见，对于医院工程造价的影响因素非常多，作为建设单位，建议最好能够引入代建制，并结合工程造价理论和项目实际情况来将医院工程的人力、物力和财力进行优化配置，以此来从根本上加强医院工程造价的总体控制水平。本文基于我国医院工程造价总体控制的现状，对引入代建制之后医院工程造价总体控制的几点措施进行了浅要的分析和探讨。
