论公路建设与环境保护的协同发展

摘要：高速公路建设是一个数百、数千公里的带状庞大构造物，它通过不同的地域和不同的环境，与它们一起构成了一个复杂的生态系统。如何应用科学发展观，将节约资源和保护环境，推动高速公路建设与周围自然地和谐发展，实现可持续发展目标，是摆在广大公路建设者面前的一个难题，也是当前公路交通建设科学发展的重要课题，本文就如何实现公路建设与环境保护的协调发展展开详细论述。

Abstract: highway construction is a hundreds and thousands of kilometres of ribbon large installations, it through the different regions and different environment, and together they constitute a complex ecological systems. How to apply the scientific concept of development, will resource conservation and environmental protection, promote the highway construction and the natural harmonious development around, and realize the objective of sustainable development, is in the highway before the builders of a problem, also is the current highway development the important subject of scientific development, this paper is how to realize the highway construction and environmental protection on the coordinated development of the detail.

高速公路建设是生态环境保护与可持续发展的结合点，不仅是经济社会发展的先行官，更是生态建设和环境保护的重要手段。公路建设环保就是在公路建设项目整个周期里，通过科学选择综合运用各种施工技术措施，保护自然环境不受道路建设的破坏与污染，保证车辆在道路上行驶安全舒适、景观完整和谐的线性或区域交通生态系统的完整和不受污染。在公路建设中如何更好地贯彻、实践环保理念是本文研究的关键。

一、公路建设对环境的影响分析

1.1 公路建设对地质、水文的影响

公路施工时，由于填方和挖方对地表扰动较大，改变了原有的地貌。尤其是隧道的进出口及仰面坡的开挖，对局部山体稳定不利，可能会引发塌方、滑坡、软土层滑移等不良地质病害，又因土表裸露、土质松软，增加了水土流失量，造成河流、沟渠淤积、积水淹漫农田。……
