建筑工程造价审核过程中的要点探析

摘要：作为建筑工程中建设投资的关键环节之一，工程预算的管理与审核能在很大程度上反映出工程的实际成本，在消除造价失控风险的同时，也可以为经济监督活动提供重要的依据，对建设各方都具有十分重大的意义。要加强成本控制，确保各方的经济利益，就必须依照国家相关政策，进行深入而细致的造价审核工作，实现投资资金使用的合理化。本文针对当前我国建筑工程造价审核中存在的问题，对现阶段做好造价审核工作应重视的要点进行了分析。

Abstract: as building engineering construction investment one of the key links, engineering budget management and audit can largely reflects the real cost of the project, to eliminate the risk of out of control in cost, but also for economic activities to provide important basis for supervision, to construction all parties are of vital significance. To strengthen the cost control, and ensure the economic interests of all parties, it must, in accordance with the relevant national policy, thorough and meticulous cost audit, realizing investment funds use rationalization.
