关于坡地商业综合体的场地设计的几点探讨

摘要：随着城市多中心的发展，商业综合体的场地设计也不再局限于理想化的平坦场地，而商业综合体的由于功能复杂，体量大，对地形较为敏感。文章探讨如何结合坡地地形，创造紧密结合自然环境的商业外部场地，对坡地商业综合体的场地设计需注意的几个主要问题（如整体标高确定、外部过渡空间设计、入口问题处理等）做了具体分析，提出了相应的建议。

Abstract: With the development of the city more center, commercial complex place design is not only to sublimate the flat, and commercial complexes because the function is complex, dimension, is sensitive to the terrain. This paper discusses how to combine the slope topography, create closely combining the natural environment of business external site, the site of the commercial complexes of slope design need to pay attention to some issues (such as integral elevation sure, external transfer space design, entrance dealing with problems, etc) made specific analysis, and put forward the corresponding proposal.

随着城市化发展进程，我国的大型的商业建筑逐渐增多，并且越来越多集中了各项功能，从单一的商业形式转变为综合性的商业体，规模也越来越大。一般是以大型购物中心为主，集合了餐饮、娱乐等功能，并且设置超市，实现一站式消费，以吸引带动人气。并且随着城市多中心的发展，商业综合体也由城市的中心区扩展到城市的次要中心，如开发区或新的城市次中心，辐射的范围更广。

在此情况下，商业综合体的场地设计也不再局限于理想化的平坦场地，很多近郊的地形有所起伏，特别是在西南部地形高差大、山地较多的城市，可能会建设在高差较大、地形地貌复杂的坡地上。而商业综合体由于自身体量较大，不能像住宅小区、度假村那样拆解为一栋一栋的零散体量，随地形布置。因此商业综合体在坡地上的合理的场地设计非常必要。
