新型沥青路面施工工艺与质量控制分析

摘要：作为公路路面施工中非常重要的一环，沥青混凝土路面施工工艺的控制对于整个道路质量的控制有着非常重要的影响。文章以徐州高铁站区主干道路施工工程为例，探讨了在新型沥青路面施工过程中对原材料的选择、配合比的确定、拌合工艺的要求以及摊铺现场质量控制，希望本文的研究能够对完善新型沥青路面施工工艺，加强道路施工质量控制起到一定的助益。

Abstract: as the highway pavement construction in the very important link, the construction of asphalt concrete pavement process control for the whole road quality control has a very important impact. Taking xuzhou high iron trunk road station construction project as an example, the paper discusses the new type of asphalt pavement construction process to the choosing of raw materials, mixing ratio determination, as the process requirements and paving the field quality control, hope this research to perfect the new type of asphalt pavement construction technology, strengthen road construction quality control have some help.

随着现代交通的不断发展，道路路面的交通压力在不断的提升，为了确保路面的行车安全、舒适以及使用寿命，提高道路使用年限，在表面层施工中引入改性沥青工艺，成为一个大的发展趋势。本文即以徐州高铁站区主干道路施工工程为例，来探讨在新型沥青路面施工中的施工工艺以及质量控制问题。

1工程概况

徐州高铁站是京沪高速铁路及徐兰客运专线交汇的枢纽站，高铁站区是以高铁站为中心的、总规划控制面积26余平方公里的、新建集“交通枢纽、生态、商务、居住”四位一体的城市副中心。为了提升站区形象、有效沟通周边地区，高铁站区内规划新建了中央大道、鲲鹏路、和平路、经七路等以新型沥青材料为路面的主干道路作为进出高铁站区的快速通道，以上道路机动车道选用路面面层结构为4cmSMA-13C细粒式沥青砼(改性沥青)上面层、6cm Sup-20中粒式沥青砼(改性沥青)中面层、8cmSup-25粗粒式沥青砼（普通沥青）下面层。……
