浅谈工会组织在电力企业和谐发展中的作用

摘要:随着我国现代社会市场经济的不快速发展，如何加强电力企业工会组织的自身建设，充分发挥其职能作用，为企业改革、发展和稳定的大局服务，是目前电力企业工会组织和党政部门面前的一个重要课题。本文主要针对电力企业工会组织在企业和谐发展中所起到的作用进行分析论述，仅供参考。

Abstract: along with the modern social market economy not rapid development, how to strengthen the electric power enterprise labor union organization's self building, give full play to its function, for enterprise reform, development and stability of the overall interests of service, is the electric power enterprise unions and party and government department of before an important issue. This paper mainly in the electric power enterprise labor union organization in the harmonious development of enterprises as function, this paper is for reference only.

前言：

随着我国社会发展与进步，很多企业都已经意识到工人阶级才是企业快速发展的主力军，也是建设和谐企业的主力军。在目前电力企业要想快速和稳定的发展，电力企业工会组织务必组织好广大职工为构建和谐企业而努力工作，针对这方面的工作，工会组织可根据自身的组织特性、利用自身的特色与优势在建设和谐企业中发挥重要的作用。

一.工会组织在建设和谐企业中的作用

1.根据工会自身的组织特性，在做好职工工作上发挥其作用。

要想建设和谐企业其关键在于要做好企业职工群众的工作，电力企业其工会组织在建设和谐企业的过程中，可以根据工会组织自身的组织特性，通过职工代表大会、民主管理等形式进行积极参与企业的经营管理，同时也可以运用提倡合理化建议，或者例如我们开展变电运行技能竞赛、“快乐工程”建设等主题活动，以此来组织发动企业职工群众为建设和谐企业而努力工作，最终发挥企业职工自已独特的作用。……
