地方院校土建类专业应用型创新人才培养模式研究

摘 要 随着地方经济社会发展进程的加快，社会对地方院校的创新能力提出了新的要求。文章针对地方本科院校土木工程专业人才培养方案存在的主要问题，分析了其原因，提出了相应的改进方向，突出“应用型”培养目标，实践证明，市场需要与应用型土木工程专业人才培养衔接较好，学生适应社会的能力明显提高。

Abstract With the local economic and social development, the quickening of the process of society on the innovative ability of local colleges and puts forward new requirements. Place the undergraduate course colleges and universities in civil engineering specialty in the talent training scheme are the main problems, analyzes the reasons and puts forward the corresponding improvement direction, training target, the practice has proved, the needs of the market and applied civil engineering professional talent training is good, students cohesion ability to adapt to society obviously improved.

0 引言

1998年国家教育部颁布了新本科专业目录，将建筑工程专业拓宽为土木工程专业。高等学校土木工程专业指导委员会为土木工程专业教学制定了指导性文件——《高等学校土木工程专业本科教育培养目标与培养方案及课程教学大纲》。2009年教育部制定了卓越工程师培养计划，并将该计划列入《国家中长期教育改革发展计划纲要》。在新形势下，土木工程专业指导委员会决定，对原有的土木工程专业教育标准进行改革，把统一的专业标准划分为两类，即研究型和应用型，并分别制定两类标准的规范。

目前全国740所本科院校，其中地方本科院校634所，占85.7%。全国具有土建类专业的高等院校已达300多所，在校学生50多万人，其中地方高校已达84%。从数量上看，地方院校土建类本科生是我国现代化建设的主力军。地方本科院校大多存在师资数量不足、师资队伍结构不合理、学术团队尚未形成等问题。据不完全统计，我国高层次人才主要集中在“985工程”高校和部分“211工程”高校当中，而绝大多数地方高校的师资队伍中，高层次人才极少甚至空白。……
