数字化管理平台在安防项目上的运用

摘要：安全是永恒的主题。安全防范系统工程是一个大范围的的安全防范系统。这样大规模的安全和管理非常繁琐，已不能靠单一技术手段或单一系统能达到效果，必须从各个系统的关联性和联动性考虑，通过数字化管理平台能综合考虑所防范设施区域特点、需防范的区域和功能，巧妙灵活地设置不同的防范系统，并利用安防集成管理系统合理、有机地把它们组合在一起，使这些技术系统在各个领域安全防范和管理中最大限度地发挥作用。

Abstract: Security is an eternal theme. The security system works is a large range of security systems. Such a wide range of security and management is very complicated, is not a single means or a single system can work, must be based on different regions of the functional re quirements, characteristics and mutual relationship between fully taken into account. Designed by digital management platform can be inte grated to consider the prevention facilities in regional characteristics, and the need to guard against regional and functional, clever and flexi ble set of different prevention systems, and use of integrated security management system is reasonable, and organically put them together to make these technology systems in various fields of security and management to maximize the effect.

在网络集成越来越成熟的今天，安全防范系统的设立必须从社会的需要出发，把技术设计和社会需求及科技发展趋势结合起来,才能做到安全防范的效益最大化及系统先进性与可扩展性，这应该是安全防范系统设计的总的原则。具体的设计原则应从以下几个方面考虑：

1)系统设计应贯彻以社会效益为主的原则。

2)系统设计应贯彻技术防范措施与管理体制相结合的原则。

3)安全防范系统属于弱电系统的一个部分，设计者应充分了解并掌握国家、有关部门制定的设计标准及规范，并严格执行。同时还要密切注意这些标准及规范的变化和修订，以便及时做出调整。

4)系统设计应贯彻多种防范措施综合利用的原侧。

5)系统设计要遵循人-机效应最佳配合的原则

6)应考虑为使用操作人员设计一个良好的操作环境，这主要是指控制室的环境和能使工作人员方便操作的控制台。……
