摘 要:机电安装工程是贯穿于整个项目建设全过程,由于机电设备的特殊性,使机电安装工程与其它工程有着不同的特点。建筑机电安装工程施工管理是影响建筑机电安装工程的主要因素。本文主要分析了机电安装工程项目施工的一些管理重要关注事项，并对项目施工后的验收管理进行探讨。

前言

10KV配电室是由配电变压器、高压开关柜、低压开关柜、母线及其辅助设备，按一定的接线方式组合排列而成的电力设施，其作用是变换电压和分配电能并直接就近向低压用户供电，它是城市供配电系统中的重要组成部分。配电室的安装施工工序比较复杂，电气设备安装质量要求较高。通过分析10KV配电室安装施工的具体过程，针对配电室施工的特点，提出施工中质量控制措施，从而保证良好的工程施工质量，确保电力供应的安全、可靠。

一、施工资料的准备

1.1施工图审核及设备技术资料审查。

项目部在取得本工程的施工图后，由项目总工主持进行施工图和设备技术资料的会审，并根据会审发现的问题提出我们的意见及解决方法，再由项目部联系监理工程师会同设计单位协同解决。

1.2编制施工组织设计及有关的电气安装作业指导书

中标后将根据本设计纲要，并严格按照质量保证体系（ISO9001）和职业安全健康管理体系、环境管理体系的要求编制详细的《施工组织设计》有关的电气安装作业指导书
