浅谈现代化企业报告厅音视频系统解决方案

摘要：滨海行政办公大楼作为新的现代化办公大楼，报告厅音视频系统的配置要满足现代化企业办公的需要，在给使用者带来便利的情况下，需要结合实际对系统的性能、操作、节能、维护费用、投资和可扩展性能等情况有综合考虑。

本文从设计需求、设计理念、设计方案等方面进行阐述，着重描述滨海行政办公大楼中报告厅的扩声系统，数字会议系统以及视频会议系统设计和具体施工方案。

一、课题方案与具体设计

设计要求

设计定位

滨海行政办公大楼作，是现代化的综合会议中心，是高起点、高层次的文化综合体；也是报告、中小型会议和演出等各种活动的主要场所，为了能够更好的完成设计工作，必须首先考虑报告厅使用功能定位，该行政办公大楼报告厅具备以下使用功能：

设计原则

此次滨海行政办公大楼报告厅音视频系统设计着重于先进性、通用性、可靠性、经济性原则，设计时可以从已建会议行政中心中吸取经验，突出自身特点，形成独特的风格。

设计思想

行政办公大楼的报告厅主要是会议的需要，兼顾小型文娱演出功能。所有的设计都以这个思想作为设计总原则。

系统设计

报告厅智能AV系统为本次项目的重点系统，不仅要满足会议报告、会议培训的基本功能，同时也要满足内部的文娱演出活动。分为多功能扩声系统、录像系统、视频显示系统、中央控制系统、舞台灯光系统以及舞台机械和舞台幕布系统七个子系统。……
