摘 要 在21世纪的新形势下，为了充分认识西藏高职院校学生思想工作在大学生思想政治和素质教育中的地位与特殊关系，通过长期深入实践与探索求新，开拓西藏高职院校学生思想工作与思想政治和素质教育的新思路。

21世紀存在许多机遇和挑战，在这种环境下进行新的思政教育的研究和思考，有利于西藏高职院校学生思想工作的改进和创新。作为一名西藏高职院校思想政治工作者，更应该清楚地认识到思想政治和素质教育工作的重要性、艰巨性、迫切性，对新形势下西藏高职院校思想政治工作的特点和规律做出正确的判断与分析，同时对发现的新问题、新情况，进行深入的研究和思考，并有的放矢地开展思想政治教育工作，从而推动西藏高职院校学生思想工作的改进和创新。

1 新时期的思想道德危机

西藏和平解放60多年以来，整个社会发生了天翻地覆的历史性变迁和史无前例的社会进步，科学技术的迅猛发展、思想的解放、中西方文化的交流与碰撞，开阔了大学生的视野，也迅速提高了大学生的道德认知水平，对传统文化产生了一定的冲击，这些变化都在影响着西藏高职院校的学生，成为学生工作中遇到的问题。表现在：

1.1 混乱的道德意识

随着全球化进程的不断加快，现在的大学生一个显著特征是物质生活得到极大的满足，但某些道德观念和价值观念相对淡薄，大学生精神空虚现象普遍存在。……
