头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗单纯性淋病所需的最佳剂量分析

【摘要】目的探讨头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗单纯性淋病所需的最佳剂量。方法选取本院在2010年10月~2011年10月期间收治的单纯性淋病患者165例, 电脑随机分成3组, 即小剂量组55例, 中剂量组55例, 大剂量组55例, 小剂量组给予头孢哌酮舒巴坦1.5 g/d, 中剂量组给予头孢哌酮舒巴坦2.25 g/d, 大剂量组给予头孢哌酮舒巴坦3 g/d, 比较三组的临床效果和性价比情况。结果经分组治疗, 小剂量组总有效率83.63%, 中剂量组总有效率94.54%, 大剂量组总有效率96.36%。可见中剂量组、大剂量组的临床治疗有效率明显优于小剂量组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中剂量组和大剂量组在临床治疗总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；小剂量组药品合计花费20.10元, 中剂量组药品合计花费30.15元, 大剂量组药品合计花费40.20元, 大剂量组的药品合计花费明显高于中剂量组。结论使用头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗单纯性淋病所需的最佳剂量为2.25 g/d, 其临床效果、性价比最为理想。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate optimal dose for cefoperazone shubatan in the treatment of uncomplicated gonorrhea. Methods Selecting 165 cases of simple gonorrhea patients fromOctober 2010 to October 2011 and randomly divided them into three groups, namely the small dose group 55 cases, 55 cases of middle dose group, high dose group 55 cases, small dose group was given in Shubatan daily 1.5 grams, middle dose group to cefoperazone Shubatan daily 2.25 grams, large dose group was given in Shubatan daily 3 grams, compared with three groups of clinical effectiveness and cost condition. Results After treatment with small dose group, the effective rate was 83.63%, the effective rate was 94.54% in dose, high dose rate was 96.36%. Visible middle dose group, high dose group clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of small dose, and there were significant differences, P<0.05. Middle dose group and high dose group in clinical effective rate of the treatment there was no significant difference, P>0.05; small dose drug together to spend 20.10 yuan, a dose of medicine total cost 30.15 yuan, large dose drug total cost 40.20 yuan, the total cost of the large dose group was significantly higher than that in drug dose group. Conclusion Optimal dose for cefoperazone shubatan in the treatment of uncomplicated gonorrhea is 2.25 grams per day, it has good clinical effectiveness and also the most cost-effective medicine.

1资料与方法

1. 1一般资料选取本院在2010年10月~2011年10月期间收治的单纯性淋病患者165例, 电脑随机分成3组, 即小剂量组55例, 中剂量组55例, 大剂量组55例, 共计男119例, 女46例；年龄最大的65岁, 最小的18岁；病程最短的3 d, 最长的60 d。所有患者经实验室分泌物涂片检查发现G-双球菌, 已经排除支原体、衣原体感染病例。三组病例在数量、年龄、性别、病程等资料上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05), 有可比性。
