大连理工大学建设工程学部研究生招生工作中的创新与研究

摘 要 大连理工大学建设工程学部对研究生招生工作极为重视，在主管领导的统一安排下，分工有序职责分明。依照学校招生工作整体要求，制定出一系列学部的具体规范、配套文件及工作制度，有力保障了复试工作的顺利进行。我们也在每年的复试工作中注重总结积累，现已在初试科目设置、面试小组安排、复试口语测试、导师名额分配等一系列复试环节中形成了我学部的工作特色。

Abstract Faculty of Infrastructure Engineering， Dalian University attaches great importance to the work of graduate enrollment， under the competent leadership of the unified arrangement， orderly division of responsibilities clear. In accordance with the overall school enrollment requirements， develop a series of specific norms faculty of supporting documents and work systems， effectively guarantee the smooth progress of the re-examination of work. We are also focusing on the work of the annual re-examination summary accumulation， has set up in the first test subjects， the interview panel arrangement， retest oral test， tutors quota allocation formed part of a series of re-examination of the characteristics of our faculty.

随着我国高等教育事业的迅速发展，研究生招生规模不断扩大，招生管理部门所承担的工作量也越来越大。观念创新、优化管理是提高研究生招生质量的根本措施。①②③大连理工大学建设工程学部教务办公室经过长期的工作实践、探索，结合广泛的调查研究，制定出了相对完整的研究生招生工作程序细则。按照教育部和学校研究生院研究生招生有关规定，我学部每年都成立以主管领导负责下的研究生招生工作领导小组，制订了研究生招生复试细则，精心安排复试、面试、录取、调剂等工作，顺利完成学部研究生招生工作。

1 生源数量和质量概况

以2013年为例，报考我学部总人数为1111人，比2012年减少了10.5%，其中，学术型硕士报考人数为864人，全日制工程硕士报考人数为247人。土木水利一级学科群报考人数同比减少18.7%，学术型硕士总体报考人数同比减少22.6%。全日制工程硕士中的建筑与土木工程专业与水利工程报考人数继去年继续保持较大的增长势头，增长率分别高达112.9%和99.2%。……
