颌面部外伤的急诊整容处理

【摘要】目的：探讨颌面部外伤的急诊整容处理方法及效果。方法：选择我院收治的颌面部伤患者112例，平均分为研究组与对照组。两组患者均采取常规清创、骨折复位固定等治疗措施。在此基础上，对照组采取常规普外科颌面部外伤处理方法，研究组患者采取急诊整容处理。结果：研究组患者对颌面部预后的总满意率为94.64%，显著高于对照组的71.43%（P<0.05）。结论：急诊整容处理可以有效恢复颌面部外伤患者的组织功能，提高美观度，减少瘢痕对患者生活的影响，可作为常规治疗方法应用推广于临床。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the method and effect of emergency cosmetic treatment of maxillofacial trauma. Methods: 112 cases with maxillofacial trauma in our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into observation group and control group equally. Two groups all received the treatment of conventional debridement, fracture reduction fixation and so on. On this basis, the control group received the treatment of conventional maxillofacial trauma method of general surgery department, and the observation group received the emergency cosmetic treatment. Results: The satisfaction rate of maxillofacial prognosis of the observation group is 94.64%, which is obviously higher than control group(71.43%), （P<0.05）. Conclusion:Emergency cosmetic treatment of maxillofacial trauma can effectively recover the tissue function, improve the aesthetics and decrease the scar. It is worth popularizing as conventional treatment in clinic.

颌面部外伤是临床常见症状之一，多由突发事故所致，例如机械损伤、交通事故、高空坠落等。通常情况下，普外科是处理颌面部外伤的主要部门，其处理方式是通过粗线粗针对伤口进行简单缝合［1，2］，这不仅仅使伤口愈合后遗留下畸形、蜈蚣状的疤痕，同时也对患者的心理造成严重的负面影响。为此，我院对56例颌面部外伤患者实施急诊整容处理，临床收效显著，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1临床资料

选择2012年1月~2014年1月期间我院收治的颌面部伤患者112例，根据随机数字表达法将其平均分为两组，即研究组与对照组各56例。研究组：男30例，女26例；年龄18～74岁，平均年龄（40.3±6.7）岁；致伤原因：机械伤15例，爆炸伤4例，咬伤8例，交通意外25例，跌伤4例；病种分类：全面部骨折5例，颌骨软组织伤18例，颌骨骨折26例，其他骨折7例。对照组：男28例，女28例；年龄19～73岁，平均年龄（41.3±6.8）岁；致伤原因：机械伤14例，爆炸伤5例，咬伤9例，交通意外24例，跌伤4例；病种分类：全面部骨折6例，颌骨软组织伤17例，颌骨骨折25例，其他骨折8例。……
