阿维A 联合消银片治疗头部银屑病效果分析

【摘要】目的 本文就阿维A 联合消银片治疗头部银屑病效果分析。通过临床安全可靠的对比的实验来更加详细的说明阿维A联合消银片对于头部银屑病具有显著的效果。 方法将1000例患者随机均分为治疗组和观察组，其中观察组给予阿维A胶囊联合消银片治疗头部银屑病，对照组仅给予迪银片治疗头部银屑病。结果 在通过两种方法治疗头部银屑病的8周后，数据结果表明： 对照组（口服迪银片治疗）痊愈率为34.5%,实验组（口服阿维A联合消银片治疗）痊愈率为55.5%；对照组最终有效结果为65%，实验组最终有效结果为87%。表明对照组（口服迪银片治疗）比实验组（口服阿维A联合消银片治疗）效果低。有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论 采用口服阿维A联合消银片治疗头部银屑病的治疗方法，与口服迪银片治疗头部银屑病的疗法都可以起到一定的治疗作用。不过就目前看，主要是还是要根据患者的实际情况，有针对性的治疗。一般情况下还是应该多采用口服阿维A联合消銀片治疗头部银屑病的治疗方法，通过口服阿维A 联合消银片治疗头部银屑病是有效果的，并且效果比较明显，更有助于头部患银屑病病人的治疗。

Show that in the control group (oral di silver strip treatment) than in the experimental group (oral avi A combined therapy with silver strip elimination) effect is low. Was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion by using oral av i A joint silver strip head the treatment of psoriasis treatment, treated with oral di silver strip head of psoriasis treatment can play A role. But at the moment, mainly is according to the actual situation of patients, targeted treatment. Under normal circumstances should use oral attempted A more united away silver strip head the treatment of psoriasis treatment, through the oral av i A joint silver strip head psoriasis treatment is effective, and the effect is more noticeable, more help to the head of the treatment of psoriasis patients.

【研究背景】由于在银屑病的患者中，头部银屑病已经是当前病人面临的最大问题。而且治疗银屑病的同时，可明还会伴随一些不良现象的产生。如皮肤干燥、口眼干涩、血脂血糖的升高、肝功能异常等不良现象。现在临床上用的最多的就是通过迪银片治疗来缓解病人的病情，但是在最近有许多关于阿维A 联合消银片治疗头部银屑病的报道，称阿维A 联合消银片治疗头部银屑病比迪银片治疗头部银屑病效果好的多，大大提高了在头部银屑病治疗中的成功率。
