广西百色市右江河谷地区番茄产业现状及发展对策

摘要 百色市右江河谷地区是我国重要的冬季蔬菜生产基地之一，近年来番茄产业取得快速发展，但也暴露出一些深层次问题。在深入调查研究的基础上，阐述了百色市右江河谷地区番茄生产现状及存在的问题，并提出发展壮大右江河谷地区番茄产业的对策和措施。

The Present Situation and Development Strategies for Tomato Production in Baise Youjiang River Valley Region of Guangxi

Abstract Baise Youjiang River Valley region is one of the most important winter vegetables production base in China. Tomato production in recent years got a rapid development， but it also exposed some further problems. The present situation and existing problems of tomato production in Baise Youjiang River Valley region was elaborated on the basis of indepth investigation and research， and some development strategies were proposed to promote the tomato industry in Baise Youjiang River Valley region.

番茄（Lycopersicon esculentum）是茄科番茄屬（Lycopersicon）1年生或多年生植物， 其果实风味独特、营养丰富、色泽艳丽、口味鲜美，是世界范围内分布广、消费最多的生鲜蔬菜之一^[1-2]。百色市右江河谷地区位于广西西南部，地理位置106°30′～107°30′E、23°15′～23°55′N，包括右江区、田阳县、田东县和平果县。该区地势平坦，平均海拔125～150 m，属亚热带季风气候，年平均气温21.8～22.1 ℃，年日照时数 1 600～1 900 h，年均降雨量为1 053～1 100 mm，无霜期长达356 d，为发展反季节农业提供了良好的气候与环境条件^[3-5]。右江河谷地区是我国为数不多的大面积种植冬季蔬菜的生产基地之一，番茄已成为当地农业的重要支柱产业^[6]。右江河谷地区在长期的番茄生产过程中，暴露出一些深层次问题，在一定程度上影响或制约番茄产业的持续发展。为弄清右江河谷地区番茄产业发展现状，充分利用资源和气候优势发展壮大番茄产业，笔者对百色市右江河谷地区的番茄资源和产业现状进行了调查研究，并提出促进右江河谷地区番茄产业更快发展的对策。

1 材料与方法

研究于2013年1月至2014年6月进行，通过查阅相关资料、实地勘察、访问相关农业生产部门和当地农民等方式，调查广西百色市右江河谷地区的右江区、田阳县、田东县和平果县的番茄资源，了解番茄产业现状及存在的问题。……
