人的思想、观念和行为对森林经营理念的影响

摘要 森林经营不单纯是关于树木的问题，也是一个关于人的问题，森林经营建设与发展不仅关系到人与自然、人与社会的发展，而且关系到人与人之间冲突与协调。在森林文化中人是森林经营活动中的主体，发展过程中应强化人的认识发展。该文从人的思想文化、伦理观念以及行为出发，研究如何在森林经营过程中充分发挥人的主体性，实现人本管理。旨在实现人与森林、社会的和谐共生，实现人与人由冲突到协调的转变，以期在如何更好地走森林可持续经营道路上获得启示。

Effects of People's Thoughts， Beliefs and Behavior on Forest Management

Abstract Forest management is not simply about the trees， but rather a question about people， forest management construction and development is not only related to the harmony of man and nature， man and society development， but also more significant bearing on people-to-people interpersonal conflict and the coordination. It is necessary to enhance the development of people in the process of development， which is the boby of the forest management. Base on this， this article studies from people's thoughts， ideas， as well as conduct scientific on how to play human subjectivity in the forest management process， to achieve human-oriented management. Aiming at achieving the harmony of people， forests and community， and for people from conflict to reconciliation， hope to better help walk on the road for sustainable forest management.

社会与生态是一个复杂的复合大系统，人类活动必须遵守其竞争、共生、自生三大原则，实行“资源共享、适时协同、按需生产、和谐共荣”，实现“人地共荣”，人类的各项活动都必须遵循竞争、共生以及自生三大原则，这三者有机结合，生态才能稳定和谐的发展[1]。要实现森林可持续经营也必须以人为本，以森林生态系统为经营对象，谋求人与组织、组织内部间，人与外部环境的关系协调，实现人地共荣。

但是在森林经营过程中，森林生态伦理的地位没有得到应有的重视，有必要建立一种人与森林的道德关系。……
