图书馆学科服务的不确定性分析模型研究

摘 要 为了提升图书馆学科服务绩效，以不确定性理论为基础，结合图书馆学科服务的不确定性概念，论文构建图书馆学科服务的不确定性分析模型。针对该模型中的不确定性相互作用机理，指出图书馆学科服务可从建立有效的协调机制、构建适应的可控机制、提供多元化服务机制等方面着手，降低图书馆学科服务的不确定因素影响。

Abstract In order to enhance the library subject service performance， based on the uncertainty theory and combining with the uncertainty concept of the library subject service， this paper builds the analysis model of the uncertainty of the library subject service. Aiming at the uncertainty interaction mechanism in this model， it points out that the library subject service can reduce the uncertainty influence by establishment of the effective coordination mechanisms， building the adaptive control mechanism and providing the diversified services mechanism， etc.

近年来，图书馆学科服务呈现蓬勃发展态势，业已成为图书馆服务延伸的亮点。学科服务属于一种高层次的知识服务，其服务内容、方式、技术手段等必须与对口院系、研究机构知识需求相配匹，二者知识相似度越高，越能够快捷、准确地解决用户的实际问题。面对大数据环境下不确定性因素的增强，学科服务组织充满了自信，在为用户服务过程中表现出较强的适应能力。然而，从1998年至今，图书馆学科服务虽历经16年的实践与探索，在其繁华的背后却蕴含着危机。用户随意打开某一图书馆网站，总能找到学科服务栏目，但服务项目千篇一律，具体实效却无从得知；由于学科服务缺乏连贯的服务战略和驾驭厚重学科背景不确定性的能力，大多数学科服务陷入了“雷声大雨点小”的困境。为此，在借鉴不确定性理论的基础上，详细探索各类不确定性因素对学科服务的影响，并提出相应的方略，不但能够提升图书馆学科服务的绩效，而且也将为图书馆学科服务提供一个全新的研究方法。……
