护理干预对小儿心脏介入术后按压穿刺点的效果分析

目的 分析护理干预对小儿心脏介入术后按压穿刺点的效果。方法 选取2014年1月～11月我院收治的心脏病患儿68例，均行心脏介入手术，并根据不同护理的方法分为两组，对照组采用常规护理，研究组则加强护理干预，分析两组护理效果。结果 护理后，研究组穿刺时间、平均住院天数、并发症发生率以及患儿家属按压掌握率等，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 给予小儿心脏介入术后按压穿刺点护理干预，不仅能够有效缩短穿刺时间，而且还能降低并发症发生率，值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the nursing intervention for pediatric heart after interventional effect on the puncture point. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015， our hospital during the period of 68 cases of children with heart disease children were cardiac surgery， and according to the different nursing methods are divided into two groups， control group using conventional care， the team is to strengthen the nursing intervention and nursing effect analysis of two groups. Results After nursing， the team puncture time， average hospitalization days， complication rates， and families of children with pressure control rate， significant difference compared with controls， there is statistical significance （P＜0.05）. Conclusion For pediatric cardiac interventional postoperative nursing intervention on the puncture point， not only can effectively shorten the puncture time， but also can reduce the incidence of complications， worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.

应用小儿心脏介入手术治疗小儿先天性心脏病虽具一定疗效，但由于患儿自身的依从性、忍受力等，术后需实施人工穿刺点的按压，减少或避免穿刺点出血以及局部血肿等并发症［1］。而小儿心脏介入术后穿刺点的按压多由患儿或家属来完成，其对于股动脉搏动的强度及位置了解甚少，致使术后按压的效果欠佳［2］。因此，为进一步提升穿刺点按压的效果，降低并发症发生率，我院对比分析小儿心脏介入术后常规护理的效果以及实施按压穿刺点护理干预的效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
