小儿先天性心脏病62例介入治疗护理体会

目的 探讨对接受介入治疗的小儿先天性心脏病患儿实施护理干预的效果。方法 选择2013年1月～2014年6月我院收治的小儿先天性心脏病患儿62例，将其随机平分为观察组和对照组，各31例。对照组给予常规护理服务，观察组给予系统性护理服务，并对护理效果进行比较。结果 接受相应护理后，观察组的术后并发症发生率为16.13%，显著低于对照组的35.48%。结论 对接受介入治疗的小儿先天性心脏病患儿实施术前心理护理、感染预防护理、术后饮食护理等具有系统性的护理服务，可有效提高护理效果，促进术后并发症的发生率得到有效降低。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effects of congenital heart disease in children with interventional therapy implement nursing interventions.Methods Select January 2013 to June 2014 our hospital treated 62 cases of children with congenital heart disease in children were randomly divided into two groups， the control group 31 cases.The control group received routine care， systematic observation group care， and treatment effects were compared.Results After receiving the appropriate care， incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group （16.13%） was significantly lower than the control group （35.48%）.Conclusion Of congenital heart disease in children with interventional therapy implementation preoperative psychological care， infection prevention care，postoperative care， diet systematic care， can effectively improve the effectiveness of clinical care， and promote the incidence of postoperative complications have been effectively reduced.

介入治疗术凭借其创伤小、痛感轻、术后恢复快等诸多优点被普遍应用于小儿先天性心脏病治疗中［1］。该种方式治疗过程中给予患儿有效的护理服务可降低并发症发生率，提高患儿生活质量。在本次研究中，对31例小儿先天性心脏病患儿实施系统性护理服务取得良好效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2013年1月～2014年6月我院收治的小儿先天性心脏病患儿62例作为研究对象，随机将患儿分为观察组和对照组，各31例。观察组男19例，女12例；年龄2个月～15岁，平均年龄（5.42±1.05）岁。对照组男17例，女14例；年龄3个月～14岁，平均年龄（6.11±2.1）岁。两组患者性别、年龄等一般资料对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。……
