不同质控方法在病案质量控制中的应用效果

[摘要] 目的 比较不同病案质量控制方法对病案质量的影响，为病案书写质控方法的选择提供科学依据。 方法 采用随机抽样的方法，抽取某院2013年～2014年的病历300份，分别纳入环节质控组、终末质控组、联合质控组，比较各种病案质量控制方法的效果。 结果 联合质控组的甲级病案率为99%，环节质控组为93%、终末质控组为90%，联合质控组的甲级病案率高于其余两组（P<0.05）。 结论 联合质量控制可以更好地保障病案的质量。

Application effect of different quality control methods for the quality of medical records

[Abstract] Objective To compare the influence of different record quality control methods on the quality of the medical record to provide a scientific basis for the selection of the methods of quality control for medical record. Methods Random sampling method is adopted.300 medical records were extracted in our hospital from 2013 to 2014，and they were brought into the link quality control group，the final quality control group，the joint quality control group，the effect of various medical record quality control methods was compared. Results The rate of grade-A case in the joint quality control group was 99%，it was 93% in the link quality control group and 90% in the final quality control group，the rate of the joint quality control group was higher than that the other two groups （P<0.05）. Conclusion Joint quality control can better ensure the quality of medical record.

随着医院信息化建设的逐步完善，电子病历正悄然取代着纸质病历[1]，这一举措在有效地提高医务工作人员工作效率的同时也带来了一些弊端，如一些医院将更多精力放在如何缩短平均住院天数和加快病床周转次数的问题上，而忽视病案质量与医疗质量的关系，有的未认真落实病历书写的规章制度、有的对病案质量的管理措施不力[2]、更有甚者一些医师对患者个体化病情不加思考，滥用病例模板，严重拷贝，有时甚至张冠李戴，导致多天病程记录雷同等严重质量问题，为病案质量安全留下了诸多隐患，因此，采用科学有效的质控方法保证病案质量越来越受到关注[3]，本研究通过比较不同质控方法对病案质量效果的影响，为病案质量提供一种切实有效的质控方法。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

由于调查医院于2013年2月病历质控方法由原来的终末质控改为联合质控，因此本……
