电力抄表核算业务智能化应用

摘要： 抄表、核算、收费是供电企业管理工作的重要内容，被称之为供电营销的“三关”，它们既是经营活动的基础，又是其中心和重点工作。智能化抄表管理系统的功能、系统完善及应用，使现场抄表和智能化管理系统有机融合，实现了抄表的路径导航、地理位置信息优化、数据统计分析等功能，大大有效降低了抄表人员工作量，提高了工作效率。本文在分析供电企业智能化应用的基础上，描述了电力抄表核算业务在智能化应用中的措施和方法，归纳总结了电力抄表核算智能化技术的应用效果。

Abstract： Meter reading， accounting and charging are important parts of the management of power supply company business， and they are called "three passes" of power marketing， they are both the foundation of business activities， and the center and focus. The function， system improvement and application of intelligent meter reading management system achieves the organic integration of on-site meter reading and intelligent management system， and achieves the optimization of path navigation of meter reading and the statistical analysis functions， greatly reducing the workload of staff and improving work efficiency. Based on the application of intelligent application in power supply enterprises， this paper describes the measures and methods of intelligent application of meter reading accounting business， and summarizes the application effects of electricity meter reading intelligent technology.

0 引言

电能计量是现代电力营销的重要环节，随着经济与科技的发展，电能计量的方式亟待改进。在以往电力营销中，供电公司主要采用人工定期到现场读抄数据的传统电量结算方式对输出电能进行计量，这一方法存在效率低下、实时性与准确性较差等缺陷，极易造成漏抄、估抄、误抄。为了加强供电企业的续修管理，进一步提高电力营销效率，越来越多的企业开始引进和发展智能化的低压电力集中抄表系统。该系统能够改进传统抄表模式效率低下、工作量大、准确度差等不足，及时、充分地采集电网用户的各类电能数据并进行电能结算，很好地解决了人工抄表模式下漏抄、错抄、找不到表箱位置等问题，减少了相关人员工作量，提高了供电企业效率，实现了现代电网智能化、高效化的管理目标。……
