诊断腹部损伤中B超应用观察

[摘要] 目的 对B超在腹部损伤诊断中的应用价值进行探讨。方法 随机选取该院在2011年1月—2013年12月收治的36例腹部损伤患者，利用回顾性分析法对患者的临床资料进行分析。 结果 36例腹部损伤患者中，B超诊断结果和手术结果保持一致的患者有29例，占80.6%。36例患者的腹部损伤以脾脏损伤为主，有16例患者，占44.4%，在B超诊断中，脾脏损伤患者的影像资料呈现出突出形态，诊断符合率是93.8%。 结论 B超在腹部损伤患者诊断中的应用，具有良好的经济性、方便性与敏感性，能够随时随地完成腹部损伤患者的诊断，有效提高了我国医疗诊断水平，在我国腹部损伤患者的诊断中得到广泛的应用。

[Abstract] Objective The application value of B ultrasound in the diagnosis of abdominal injury were discussed. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital 36 cases of abdominal injury patients from January 2011 to December 2013 were reviewed， the use of the clinical data of the patients were analysis method. Results 36 cases of patients with abdominal injury， B ultrasound diagnosis results and operation results remain consistent in 29 cases， accounting for 80.6%. 36 cases of abdominal injury with spleen injury， 16 patients， accounted for 44.4%， in B ultrasound diagnosis， image data of patients with spleen injury showed a prominent form， diagnostic accordance rate was 93.8%. Conclusion Patients with B ultrasound application in the diagnosis of abdominal injury， has a good economy， convenience and sensitivity， able to complete the diagnosis of abdominal injury patients anytime and anywhere， effectively improve the level of our country medical diagnosis， known as the first choice for patients with abdominal injury diagnosis way. The test results can only explain ultrasound effectively， as to how effective， whether to have a huge advantage， can't prove.

随着我国国民经济的不断发展，我国交通行业得到前所未有的发展，腹部损伤[1]发生率呈现逐年上升趋势。腹部损伤的临床症状较为多样化，因此需要反复检查与密切观察，以做出准确的诊断与治疗，若是诊断失误或是处理不当的话，会造成极为严重的后果。腹部损伤患者普遍存在多个器官损伤，且内出血，以休克为主要临床表现，因此死亡率较高。腹部损伤的早诊断、早治疗受到关注。B超具有方便快捷、无创伤、可重复[2]等特点，早在1971年就被应用于腹部损伤的临床诊断中，应用广泛。研究者随机选取该院在2011年1月—2013年12月收治的36例腹部损伤患者，利用回顾性分析法对患者的临床资料进行分析，以探讨B超在腹部损伤诊断中的应用价值，现报告如下。……
