乳腺癌患者外科护理

【摘 要】目的 分析研究乳腺癌病人外科护理方法。方法 选取2012年6月-2015年6月在我院接受治疗的乳腺癌手术病人150例，对部分乳腺癌病人在实施常规护理的基础上进行手术，同时分析手术的最终效果。结果 所选取的患者全部进行手术以及全身化疗的方法进行治疗，其中实施乳腺癌根治切除手术的患者有70例，占总人数的47%；实施乳腺癌改良根治切除手术的有80例，占总病例数的53%。观察组患者在躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能以及社会功能、角色功能等均要优于对照组，同时观察组的癌症病人主要症状明显改善，和对照组进行比较可以发现，其差异有统计学意义（即p<0.05）。结论 通过采取一系列外科护理方法，乳腺癌病人的心理负担明显减轻，同时也增强了患者及其家属对疾病的信心，积极有效的配合手术，提升了手术的治愈率。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the surgical nursing methods for breast cancer patients.Methods June 2012 - June 2014 in our hospital received 150 cases of breast cancer treatment，42 cases of breast cancer implementation period of the operating room nursing based on the routine nursing care，and an analysis of the operation in the final results.Results the selected patients all use surgery and systemic chemotherapy treatment，breast cancer radical resection surgery patients 70 cases，accounted for 47 percent of the total number；implementation of breast modified radical resection of the 80 patients，accounted for 53% of the total number of cases.Observation group in physical function，cognitive function，emotional function and social function，role function to the control group and observed group of cancer patients symptoms improved significantly，and can be found in the control group，the difference has statistical significance（P < 0.05）.Conclusion by adopting a series of surgical nursing methods，significantly reduce the psychological burden of patients with breast cancer，but also enhance the confidence of patients and their families in the fight against the disease，positive and effective with the operation，improve the cure rate of operation.

乳腺癌為多发性疾病，是发生在女性身上极其普遍的一种恶性肿瘤，该病的发病率有逐年增加的趋势[1]。外科手术是现阶段科学治疗乳腺癌最合理的方法，与此同时外科手术对病人的心理健康有一定的影响，所以做好乳腺癌病人围手术期的护理工作就显得极其重要[2]。此次研究选取2012年6月-2015年6月在我院接受治疗的乳腺癌病人150例作为研究对象，对其采取多种手术方法，现将护理体会以及护理经验报告如下。

1.资料与方法

1.1临床资料

选取2012年6月-2015年6月在我院接受治疗的乳腺癌病人150例，所有病人均为女性，其中年龄最大的患者有61岁，年龄最小的患者为29岁。患者的平均年龄为45.2岁，肿瘤直径在2-4cm不等。另外左乳腺有74例，右乳腺有76例，并将150例患者随机分为观察组与对照组.
