基于SLP方法的木材物流中心布局

摘要：对物流园区合理的设施布置能够节省物料搬运费用，缩短生产周期，加快流动资金周转。系统布置设计（SLP）理论是一种将布局方法实现定量化手段，在SLP方法的指导下，通过分析绥芬河地区开展木材进出口贸易及加工所具备的得天独厚的地理位置优势，以在绥芬河地区新建木材物流中心布置设计为例，运用物流分析和作业单位相互关系图分析各作业单位之间的物流关系和非物流关系，形成作业单位综合相互关系图。运用SLP方法对绥芬河地区木材物流中心进行布局，验证利用SLP进行木材物流中心布局的可行性，也为其他类似于绥芬河地区的木材物流中心布局新建及改扩建提供理论支撑与参考。

SLPbased Timber Logistic Center Layout in Suifenhe Area

Abstract：A proper layout of logistic center will help to save the logistics cost，shorten the production cycle，and accelerate the cash flow.This paper takes consideration of the geographical advantage of Suifenh area in timber production import and export trade，and gives the layout design of the newly founded timber logistics center in Suifenhe area.Through the analysis on the logistics and operation units，the comprehensive relationship among the operation units was obtained.The results have verified the feasibility of planning a timber logistics center based on SLP method，which also provides references for the construction and reform of other similar timber logistics centers.
