国际会展中心周边道路绿化美化提升规划设计

摘要昆明滇池国际会展中心作为第三届“南博会”主会场，是云南省新的重大标志性工程项目。本方案涉及其中的两条道路：环湖东路部分路段、珥季路。以建设现代新昆明和区域性国际城市为目标，通过统一设计、增植景观树，整理地被等措施，对昆明滇池国际会展中心周边主要道路和重要节点开展绿化整治工作，旨在进一步优化城市发展环境，优化道路景观，提升城市形象，增强城市综合力。

Research on Planning and Design of Roads Planting and Beautifying Promoting around Kunming Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center

Abstract Kunming Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center as the main venue of the third session of the “Expo”， is the new major landmark project in Yunnan Province.In this program there are two roads involved： part of the Lake Road and Erji Road.With the construction of modern new Kunming and regional international city as the goal， through uniform design， planting landscape tree， consolidation of vegetation measures， a lot of planting performed in the major roads around Kunming Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center to further optimize the city development environment， optimize the road landscape， improve the image of the city， enhance the citys comprehensive strength.

就人們对城市的整体印象而论，道路是城市的骨架，是城市景观最为基础和重要的部分。道路景观是人们认识和理解一座城市的媒介，其面貌对市容起决定性作用。随着经济的发展，公众对道路的期望越来越高，不仅要求道路具有安全、耐久的实体质量，高效方便的功能，而且还需要有满足审美要求的外在形象。

2003年，云南省委、省政府确定了“一湖四环”、“一湖四片”现代新昆明城市发展新思路。其中，“一湖”指的是昆明的滇池，“四环”即第一环，环湖公路。第二环，环湖截污；第三环，环湖生态；第四环，环湖新城。本案涉及两条道路，即“一湖四环”中的第一环——环湖东路部分路段与珥季路。

1研究区概况

昆明滇池国际会展中心位于昆明市官渡区福保半岛区域内，是一个纵贯南北2 600 m，横跨东西1 000 m，平地架空12 m的大体量、广布局、多层次的建筑群，规划总用地152 hm2。场馆周边主要道路包括环湖东路、昌宏路、珥季路、云秀路、官南大道、福保路等。……
