昆仑雪菊菊花营养成分的含量研究杨旭超

摘要[目的]分析测定维吾尔昆仑雪菊菊花营养成分的含量。 [方法]利用国际标准法对昆仑雪菊花中的蛋白质、氨基酸、微量和常量元素、脂肪、纤维素和碳水化合物等多种营养成分含量进行测定。 [结果]昆仑雪菊菊花常量营养成分含量较高，其蛋白质的含量为1360%，脂肪的含量为3.50%，碳水化合物的含量为48.14%；并且昆仑雪菊菊花还含有人体所需要的微量元素17种，其中8种为人体的必需氨基酸，氨基酸的总量为10.80%，必需氨基酸的总量为4.33%。昆仑雪菊中微量元素钙含量为1 64200 mg/kg，钾含量为1 11100 mg/kg，值得关注的是含有0.02%的微量元素硒。[结论] 昆仑雪菊菊花营养成分丰富，可为其成为药材的质量控制、化学成分分析、药理试验研究及产品开发奠定重要基石。

Analysis of Nutritional Components of Coreopsis tinctoria Flowers from Kunlun Mountain

Abstract [Objective] To study the method for the determination of Uygur medicine Kunlun Coreopsis tinctoria. [Method] The international standard method for nutrients content in a variety of Kunlun Coreopsis tinctoria proteins， amino acids， trace and major elements， fat， fiber and carbohydrates were measured. [Result] The content of the nutrient composition of the Kunlun Coreopsis tinctoria is high， the protein content is 13.60%， the fat content is 3.50%， the carbohydrate content is 48.14%， the Kunlun Coreopsis tinctoria contains 17 kinds of trace elements needed by human body， 8 kinds of essential amino acids for human body， and the total amino acid content of Kunlun is 4.33%. Trace element potassium， calcium content is relatively high， the content of calcium in Kunlun Coreopsis tinctoria is 1 64200 mg/kg， potassium content is 1 11100 mg/kg， it is worth to pay attention to the trace element that contains 0.02%， selenium. [Conclusion] The Kunlun Coreopsis tinctoria rich in nutrients， the study can lay an important foundation for daisy medicine quality control， chemical analysis， pharmacology experiment research and product development.

新疆昆侖雪菊菊花（Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt.）为菊科金鸡菊属，为1年生草本植物，又叫天山雪菊，是世界上唯一一种在天山上生长的野生纯饮菊花，主要生长在新疆部分山区，地域性极强，天然生长在昆仑山附近、海拔3 000 m以上的寒冷地带。由于其生产地域的特殊，新疆昆仑雪菊菊花年总产量达不到5 000 kg，新疆昆仑雪菊菊花作为一种纯天然耐高并且无污染菊花，它具有降血压血脂[1-2]、抗衰老[3-4]、抗癌[5-6]、抗炎[7]、抗病毒[8]、抗糖尿病[9]、促微循环及抗凝血作用[10]等多种功能作用。新疆维吾尔自治区诸多医院常将其作为一味药材给患者服用，具有化瘀活血、解毒清热以及健脾胃的功效，新疆当地人民经常用雪菊菊花泡茶饮用，针对心慌、食欲不振、燥热、高血压、痢疾等具有显著的效果，是一个具有长远的前景和价值研究的地区性品种[11-12]。……
