土地利用结构变化及其社会经济效应研究

摘要以陇南市为例，运用熵值函数模型和灰色关联分析方法，采用土地利用结构信息熵对西部山地过渡区土地利用结构变化及其社会经济发展效应进行分析。结果表明：①由于分类体系的变化，1997～2013年隴南市土地利用结构变化可分为1997～2003年、2004～2008年和2009～2013年3个阶段。②1997～2013年陇南市土地利用结构信息熵呈现波动式增长趋势，2004～2008年为一个缓慢增长阶段，2009～2013年达到一个高速增长的水平。③陇南市土地利用结构信息熵与社会商品零售总额、固定资产投资总额、人均GDP、单位土地面积GDP、非农产业与农业产业产值比、城镇化率呈现强关联。关联分析结果显示，除政策影响之外，社会经济发展是间接引起该区域土地利用结构信息熵变化的主要内在驱动力。

Land Use Structural Changes and Its Social Economic Effects— A Case of Longnan Mountain Area

Abstract In this paper， the entropy function model and gray relational analysis have been applied to analyze the relationship between the entropy of land use structure and social economic development in Longnan. The results showed that，①Due to the change of classification system， the land use structure change can be divided into three phases in Longnan from 1997 to 2013，1997-2003， 2004-2008 and 2009-2013. ②The information entropy of land use structure showed a trend of fluctuation growth in Longnan from 1997 to 2013，in 2004-2008 for a slow growth stage， and to achieve a rapid growth in 2009-2013.③In Longnan， the information entropy of land use structure had a strong relationship with the social total retail sales of commodities， gross fixed asset investment， per capita GDP， unit land area GDP， nonagricultural and agricultural industries output value ratio and urbanization rate.Correlation analysis results showed that besides policy， social and economic development which were indirectly caused the regional land use structure information entropy change was the mainly internal driving force.

土地资源系统是一个典型的社会经济环境复合生态系统，具有开放的、可调控的耗散结构系统的显著特征。区域土地利用结构变化是人们有目的的行为对土地资源系统施加的一种人为的干扰，这种干扰对土地资源系统的有序程度会带来不同程度的影响[1-7]。它不仅在空间与功能上表现不同结构格局，而且在时间上表现出演替的阶段、过程和规律[8]。土地利用结构调整是在有目的的行为指导下对土地利用系统施加的一种人为干扰[3]，人类对土地综合体施加的这种干扰有正负之分[4]，它在不同时空尺度上对土地利用系统的有序程度产生影响，这种有序程度可以用信息熵来描述和刻画[5]。……
