热带农业科技成果转化的风险分析

摘要热带农业科技成果转化具有高风险和高收益的特征，从热带农业科技成果转化的特点着手，对热带农业科技成果转化过程中的风险因素进行分析研究，针对我国热带农业科技成果转化率偏低的现状，系统的提出规避热带农业科技成果转化风险，提升热带农业科技成果转化率的对策措施。

AbstractRisk of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in tropical agriculture was analyzed， it was pointed out that the risk of transformation has characteristics of objectivity， diversity and universality. On the basis of this， risk factors in transformation process were studied. The results showed that the benefit， quality and environmental factors affect uses in the transformation of tropical agricultural scientific and technical achievements； The risk that affects the results of science and technology is difficult to transform， the effective supply and other factors； The capital， market， contract and legal factors affect the transformation process of scientific and technical achievements.

热带农业是国家农业的重要组成部分，热带农业发展的根本出路在于科技创新，只有将热带农业科技成果只有转化为现实的生产力，才能更好地实现热带农业科技成果的使用价值，发挥科技创新对经济社会发展的支撑与引领作用。随着热带农业和热区农村经济的快速发展，热带农业作为热带地区的支柱产业面临着严峻的挑战，热带农业科技成果转化问题显得越来越重要。因此，加快热带农业科技成果的转化，以此促进现代热带农业的发展，将成为我国热点农业发展的方向。

热带农业地域性强，不同于传统的粮棉油作物，产品生命周期長，其科技成果转化同样具有周期长、公益性强的特征。同时，受国内外市场环境、经济贸易形势、政治格局、汇率、信贷政策、病虫害以及由极端气候引发的自然灾害等的影响，使得热带农业科技成果转化面临诸多潜在的风险。因此，在充分调研的基础上，全方位、多层次、宽领域地对热带农业科技……
