西药药剂头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠临床应用效果分析

摘要：目的：对西药药剂头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠临床应用效果进行观察与探讨。方法：对2012年8月到2014年12月期间在我院接受治疗的80例存在炎症的患者进行临床的相关研究，按照随机的原则分为2组，对对照组患者进行头孢他啶治疗，对研究组患者进行头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗，分析两组存在炎症患者的效果。结果：研究组存在炎症患者的治疗总有效率（95.0%）明显的高于对照组患者（72.5%），组间差异明显（P<0.05）；研究组患者的不良反应发生率（32.5%）明显的高于对照组患者（17.5%），组间差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗炎症反应的效果较好，但存在较高的不良反应，需合理用药。

Abstract： objective： cephalosporins on western medicine agents， pp sodium sodium shu ba temple to observe the effect of clinical application and discussion. Methods： during August 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital for treatment of 80 cases of patients with inflammation in conducting clinical research， according to the principle of random divided into 2 groups， the control group patients with cephalosporin he treatment， patients with the team to cefoperazone sodium sodium treatment with shu ba， analysis the effect of two groups of patients inflammation. Results： the total effective rate the treatment of patients with team has inflammation （95.0%） patients with obvious higher than control group （72.5%）， and clear difference between groups （P < 0.05）； The team the incidence of adverse reactions （32.5%） of patients with obvious higher than control group （17.5%） patients， significant difference between groups （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： cefoperazone sodium sodium shu ba temple of the inflammatory response in the treatment effect is good， but there is a higher adverse reactions to rational drug use.

头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠为笫3代的头孢菌素类药物，是将头孢哌酮与β-内酰胺酶根据一定的比例制备的复合类治疗药物，具有较好的临床治疗效果，然而，患者的不良反应情况较高，对患者的临床治疗产生不良影响 [1-2]。本文对西药药剂头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠临床应用效果进行相关的研究及探讨，所研究的相关结果报道如下。

1 临床资料和方法

1.1 临床资料

将2012年8月到2014年12月期间我院所收治的80例存在炎症的患者作为临床研究的对象，按照随机的原则平均分为两组，每组有40例患者，对照组中男性23例，女性17例，患者的年龄为22～59岁，平均年龄为（35.24±7.13）岁；研究组中男性24例，女性16例，患者的年龄为21～57岁，平均年龄为（35.25±7.21）岁。研究组和对照组患者的年龄、性别比、病程、病情等方面基本相似（P>0.05），两组之间的差异均不具备统计学上的意义，组间的相关数据均可进行比较及分析。

1.2 方法

对两组患者均按照实际病情进行相应的对症治疗，并对对照组患者使用头孢他啶进行治疗，方法为，每天对患者静脉滴注2次含有2g头孢他啶的100mL生理盐水，一周为1个治疗疗程，共对患者进行1～2个疗程的治疗；对……
