关于血常规检验中易出现的问题和对策分析

摘要：目的：探讨血常规检验中比较容易出现的问题，然后分析制定出针对性的解决措施。方法：选取我院自2013年7月-2013年12月间收治的进行血液常规检查的患者120例作为研究对象，总结在检验过程中出现的问题然后进行归类，并制定具体的解决措施。结果：在血液常规检验过程中易出现的问题有储存温度不合理、放置时间较长、血液标本采集的部位不合理和检验方法失当等。结论：在血液常规检验过程中需要总结和归纳经常出现的问题，然后制定出可操作性的措施，并且严格按照相关的规则进行规范，就能降低检验的误差率。

Abstract：Objective： To investigate the blood test in relatively prone to problems， and analysis to develop targeted solutions. Methods： In our hospital from July 2013 - December 2013 patients treated blood routine examination of 120 cases of the study， appearing in the summary of the inspection process and classify a problem， and to develop concrete solutions. Results： In the course of routine blood test problems are prone to irrational storage temperature， long storage time， the site of a blood specimen collection and test methods unreasonable and improper. Conclusion： In the course of routine blood tests often need to review and summarize the problem， and then work out measures operational， and in strict accordance with the relevant rules to regulate， can reduce the error rate test.

血常规检查是临床治疗过程中最基础的检查项目之一，血常规检查结果能够将患者机体疾病的潜在或者早期迹象进行展示，因此可以作为医生血液疾病或者其他疾病诊断过程中的重要依据。血常规检查的主要内容包括红细胞计数、白细胞计数、血红蛋白计数和血小板计数等，现如今在血液疾病治疗过程中血液分析仪应用越来越广泛，使得血液的检测更加趋于为量化和自动化，同时也明显提升了指标检查质量的的标准化，然而在血液检验的过程中仍然存在着一些问题，使得检验的结果受到影响[1-2]。为了进一步提升血液检验的质量，我院分别对操作中可能会出现的问题进行分析，并制定相关的措施，本文就简单报告如下：
