音乐护理干预在肠镜检查中的应用

摘要：目的： 分析探讨在肠镜检查过程中播放音乐对患者的影响。方法：选取我院自 2013年5月—2014年5月行门诊肠镜检查共300例纳入实验观察对象 ，其中采用肠镜常规护理 153 例为对照组 ，采用音乐护理干预行肠镜检查 147 例为实验组 ，观察 2 组配合插管程度、疼痛程度以及血压、心率的变化情况。结果：实验组和对照组配合程度、疼痛程度指标变化差异均有统计学意义（ P < 0. 01） ；实验组和对照组实验中心率、操作前中后血压变化差异均有统计学意义（ P < 0. 05） 。结论：在肠镜检查中运用背景音乐 ，可缓解病人紧张情绪，提高患者配合程度，有利诊治过程顺利进行 ，且简单易行 ，值得临床推广。

Abstract： objective Analysis of the influence of music to play in patients with colonoscopy course. Methods In our hospital from 2013 May to 2014 May for outpatient colonoscopy in 300 cases in the experimental observation of the object， where in the colonoscopy routine nursing care of 153 patients in the control group， the music nursing intervention of colonoscopy in 147 cases as experimental group， 2 groups were observed with intubation， degree of pain and the changes of blood pressure， heart rate. Results In the experimental group and the control group with the degree of pain severity index， the differences were statistically significant （P < 0.01）； the experimental group and the control group before operation in heart rate， blood pressure changes after the differences were statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion the use of background music in colonoscopy， may alleviate the patient tension， improve the diagnosis and treatment of patients with the degree， favorable smoothly， and the method is simple and feasible， is worth the clinical promotion.

肠镜检查是消化科诊断和随访肠道疾病最直接、最确切的手段 ，在临床上应用广泛。该检查属于侵入性操作 ，检查时腹痛、腹胀多见，常使患者出现紧张、恐惧等心理反应 ，即增加了痛苦 ，也增加了医生的操作难度 ，影响操作的成功率。目前随着无痛内镜技术的开展、成熟 ，越来越多的病人愿意选择无痛消化内镜检查技术。然而 ，无痛内镜技术由于费用及麻醉风险等原因 ，病人及医务人员希望能通过非药物性方法减轻病人的痛苦 ，使病人更加乐于接受。音乐的治疗作用在欧美早有记载 ，它通过艺术感染力影响人的情绪和行为 ，以情导理 ，恢复心理平衡 ，分散其注意力 ，可以起到镇痛、降压、镇静等作用。本文旨在分析探讨在肠镜检查过程中播放音乐对患者的影响。

1 对象和方法

1.1 对象 我院自 2013年5月—2014年5月行门诊肠镜检查共 300 例。其中 2013年5月—2014 年5月，采用肠镜常规护理153例为对照组，男 10 例 ，女 29 例 ，均为首次检查，年龄 19～73 岁 ，平均年龄 52. 15岁。2013年 5月—2014年5月，采用个性化音乐护理行肠镜检查 147 例为实验组 ，男 54例 ，女32例 ，均为首次检查 ，年龄23～75岁 ，平均年龄53. 25岁。……
