循证护理应用于早期先兆流产患者的效果观察

摘 要：目的：探讨循证护理应用于早期先兆流产患者的效果观察。方法：收集2013年7月- 2014年11月在本院就诊的80例早期先兆流产患者的临床资料，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法，试验组在常规护理的基础上运用循证护理方法制定护理计划，观察记录两组患者不适症状和相关并发症的发生情况，以及患者手术后疼痛程度，进行临床分析比较。结果：试验组患者的不适症状及并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组手术后疼痛程度明显低于对照组，其中两组中度疼痛及以上程度的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对早期先兆流产患者采取循证护理可有效减轻临床不适症，减少相关并发症的发生，减少术后机体疼痛程度，提高患者的满意度和生命质量，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract： Objective：To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with early threatened abortion. Methods：The clinical data of 80 female patients with early threatened abortion admitted in our hospital from July，

2013 to November， 2014 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group， 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional care method， while the treatment group was treated with evidence-based nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. And an observation was made and analyzed on the uncomfortable symptoms and related complications and the degree of pain after the operation on the patients. Results：The incidences of adverse symptoms and body pain of the treatment group were obviously lower than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The degree of pain after the operation of the treatment group were also significantly lower than those of the control group， the differences of the moderate degree of pain between the two groups were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Evidence-based nursing applied to the treatment of patients with early threatened abortion， is beneficial to reducing the incidence of complications and postoperative body pain， and is worth promoting to improve the satisfaction and quality of life of patients.

先兆流产是妊娠期常见疾病，表现为妊娠28周前阴道少量出血，伴阵发性轻微下腹痛和（或）腰背酸痛。发生于妊娠3个月前的先兆流产称为早期先兆流产，占先兆流产的80%以上[1]。早期先兆流产若采取及时有效的治疗，大多数患者可继续妊娠，否则将可能发展为难免流产或稽留流产，对孕妇的身心健康产生严重的伤害[2]。循证护理（evidence-based nursing，EBN）又称为实证护理或求证护理，是护理人员对患者的护理过程结合科研结论、临床经验和患者愿望做出合理的的临床护理决策并实施的过程[3]。为探讨循证护理对早期先兆流产患者的效果，我院将2013年7月至2014年11月期间入院治疗的80例早期先兆流产患者随机分为试验组和对照组，分别给予循證护理和常规护理，对两组患者的不适症状及并发症的发生和改善情况、手术后疼痛程度进行对比分析，结果如下。
