通心络胶囊治疗冠心病PCI术后心绞痛的疗效

【摘要】目的 分析通心络胶囊治疗冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术后心绞痛的疗效。

方法 选取2013年7月～2015年1月我院收治的冠心病PCI术后心绞痛患者86例，将其随机分为中西医结合组与西医常规组，各43例。西医常规组患者用药方案为常规西药；中西医结合组患者用药方案为常规西药联合通心络胶囊，将两组患者治疗28天后的疗效及副作用发生情况进行对比。结果 两组患者治疗总有效率对比，中西医结合组明显高于西医常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗期间不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 通心络胶囊治疗冠心病PCI术后心绞痛，能够有效减少心绞痛发作次数与心绞痛持续时间，作用安全，可改善患者临床症状与体征，对改善患者预后意义重大。

冠心病PCI術后心绞痛在临床较为常见，常规治疗多以西药为主，虽然西药在一定程度上可缓解心绞痛症状，但安全性和疗效均欠佳[1]。基于此，本文选取冠心病PCI术后心绞痛患者43例作为研究对象，探讨通心络胶囊治疗冠心病PCI术后心绞痛的疗效，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2013年7月～2015年1月我院收治的冠心病PCI术后心绞痛患者86例作为研究对象，将其随机分为中西医结合组与西医常规组，各43例。西医常规组男28例，女15例；年龄42～78岁，平均年龄（60.35±3.72）岁；病程0.8～15年，平均病程（5.44±2.46）年；病情分级：轻、中、重度分别为12例、16例和15例。中西医结合组男30例，女13例；年龄45～80岁，平均年龄（60.77±3.88）岁；病程0.5～14年，平均病程（5.24±2.38）年；……
