Research of the Development Trend and Countermeasure of Stem Cell Industry in China

Abstract：Stem cell research in recent years is one of the most popular research directions in biomedical field，and is attached to great importance tby the countries all over the world in recent years，with great social benefit and market prospect. In the light of the current development situation of stem cell industry in China and the sustainable development requirements，the market demand for stem cell industry development，and its industrial targets，tech⁃nical barriers，research and development needs are analyzed，The common key technologies in the industry are con⁃densed，including the whole industry chain of stem cell collection and storage business，research and development of stem cell technology，stem cell transplantation and treatment，combination with other industries and so on. Tech⁃nology development status quo of stem cell industry in China is studied，and related countermeasures for the devel⁃opment of stem cell industry are proposed.

1　引言

干细胞产业具有巨大的社会效益和市场前景，得到了世界各国的广泛重视。为了促进干细胞产业的发展，各国纷纷出台激励政策，增加研发资金投入，促进官产学研结合，从而促进干细胞产业的发展。近年来，我国通过大力支持干细胞研究和相关产业的发展，在各方面取得了较大的进展，但是和美国等发达国家相比，仍然存在较大的差距。本文采用技术预见的方法，研究我国干细胞产业创新战略，并提出明确的方案，为促进我国干细胞产业的技术与科技管理水平提供参考，同时也为干细胞产业创新战略的制定提供有益的参考和借鉴作用。

2　干细胞产业的发展背景分析

2.1　干细胞产业发展历史

干细胞的相关研究开始于20世纪60年代，1981年，Evans、Kaufman和Martin培养出了小鼠胚胎干细胞株；1998年，Thomson培养出第一个人类胚胎干细胞株；同年，Gearhart分离出人类胚胎生殖干细胞。2001年，干细胞成为生物医药领域的研究热点，尽管干细胞的研究一直受到伦理争议，但是，其在生命科学、新药试验和基本治疗等领域的巨大价值，仍然成为当今学界和社会各界广泛关注的焦点。

2.2　国外干细胞产业发展现状

在全球干细胞领域科学基础研究和技术研发中，美国处于领军地位。由于受到伦理压力的影响，美国干细胞研究人员获得的联邦政府资助有限，但是由于地方政府和私人资金的支持，美国在干细胞领域的研究仍然处于领先地位。……
