2型糖尿病的中西医综合治疗

摘要：目的探讨2型糖尿病的中西医综合治疗的临床效果。方法100例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组2组，每组50例。给予对照组患者常规西医治疗，给予观察组患者中西医综合治疗，即二甲双胍加补肾健脾、益气养阴方。然后对2组患者的FBG、FINS、GHbA1c及ISI、临床疗效及并发症进行统计分析。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率94%(47/50)明显比对照组72%(36/50)高(P<0.05)，观察组患者治疗后的FBG、FINS、GHbA1c及ISI均明显比对照组低(P<0.05),观察组患者的并发症发生率16%(8/50)明显比对照组34%(17/50)低(P<0.05)。结论中西医综合治疗能明显改善2型糖尿病症状，减少并发症，提高总有效率。

TCM and Western medicine in treatment of type 2 diabetes

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effects of TCM and Western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.MethodsThe 100 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine,while the observation group were given to patients TCM and Western medicine comprehensive treatment which is metformin with invigorating kidney and spleen and tonifying qi-yin prescription.Then FBG,FINS,GHbA1c and ISI,clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of the two groups were analyzed.ResultsThe total treatment efficiency of the observation group 94% (47/50) was significantly higher than that of the control group 72% (36/50) (P<0.05);The FBG,FINS,GHbA1c and ISI after treatment were significantly lower (P<0.05);The incidence rate of complications 16% (8/50) was significantly lower than those of the control group 34%(17/50)(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effects of TCM and Western medicine is obviously in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,reducing complicating disease and promoting total effective rate.

本研究对2011—2013年我院收治的100例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析,探讨2型糖尿病的中西医综合治疗的临床效果。现将结果报告如下。

1资料和方法

1.1一般资料2011—2013年我院共收治100例2型糖尿病患者,所有患者均符合2型糖尿病的相关诊断标准[1]。排除急慢性肾小球肾炎、妊娠、肿瘤患者。依据随机数字表法将这些患者分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。观察组中男性患者24例，女性患者26例；年龄在39～73岁之间，平均年龄为(58.2±9.6)岁；2型糖尿病病程在5～18年之间，平均病程为(10.8±3.9)年。在合并症方面,13例患者合并冠心病，15例患者合并高脂血症，10例患者合并肾功能不全，12例患者合并高血压。对照组中男性患者22例，女性患者28例；年龄在38～74岁之间，平均年龄为(59.2±10.1)岁;2型糖尿病病程在6～19年之间，平均病程为(11.3±4.2)年。……
