浅析桂枝汤中病反应之“遍身？？，微似有汗”

摘要：中病反应是指患者服药后产生的主观或客观的有利于疾病向愈的反应，是药后起效的重要指征。明确经方药后中病反应，掌握达到中病反应的机理和方法，将极大提高经方现代临床治疗效果。通过对桂枝汤中病反应之微汗出的机理、使用方法、意义进行具体解析，明确了桂枝汤的应用范围和使用方法，以供临床应用参考，同时为经方现代临床应用疗效评价提供新的思路。

Analysis of effective response of Cassia Twig Decoction:“Slight sweating all over the body”

Abstract:Effective response refers to the patients’ response to medication which includes both subjective and objective reactions.It is the important indication of the drug effect.The modern classical formula clinical cure effect will be greatly improve by definite the effective response and grasp the method and pathogenesis of classical formula.By analyzing the pathogenesis of slight sweat after taking cassia twig decoction,grasping the auxiliary method of making perspiration,clearing the characteristics and significance of slight sweating,will not only clearing the range and method of application of cassia twig decoction,but also guiding clinical applications and providing new ideas for clinical effect evaluation of modern classical formula.

1机理

1.1微汗出是服桂枝汤后正复邪出的重要表现桂枝汤是用于治疗体虚外感的代表方，其治疗的外感表证应伴有正气虚弱的表现。《素问·遗篇刺法论》[2]言“正气存内，邪不可干”，正气之根本为脾胃之气。若脾胃功能虚弱，气血化生无源，五脏六腑功能失调，正气不足，则机体易受外邪侵袭而致病。桂枝汤证正是由于各种原因导致的脾胃虚弱，使机体正气不能存内，从而遭受外邪侵袭所致。

桂枝汤用于治疗虚人外感时，中病反应为微汗出。其应用指征包括：1)外证，如汗出、恶风等。2)脉证，如脉浮缓或浮弱或浮虚等。……
