新医改形势下医院急诊信息系统设计与实践

[摘要]目的在新医改形势下解决急诊科信息管理的特殊需求，规范急诊科数字化流程。方法定制开发急诊信息系统，包括急诊医护一体化工作站、急诊ICU信息系统等子系统，并与HIS系统深度融合。结果该系统提升急诊的信息化程度，提高了急诊的工作效率。结论新医改形势下急诊将是大型医院越来越重要的首诊窗口，安全、高效、运行良好的急诊数字化医疗流程为新医改提供支持。

Abstract[]ObjectiveTo solve the special demands of information management in emergency department under the new medical reform, and to normalize the digital process of the emergency department. MethodDeveloping the emergency information system merging together the hospital information system, which contains several sub-units such as emergency medical integration workstation, emergency ICU workstation. ResultThe system improves the informatization degree of emergency department, and enhances the work efficiency of emergency. ConclusionUnder the new medical reform, the emergency will be important first diagnosed entrance in large hospitals. Safe, efficient, and well run emergency medical digital process could provide better support for the new medical reform.

1背景

近十年来，以病区管理为中心的医院信息系统已经得到广泛应用[1]。急诊科是临床科室中信息交换最为频繁，信息流最为复杂的科室。理想的急诊科医疗数据流不但需要各种检查检验数据、院前急救数据、历史就诊数据，并且急诊产生的数据也需要在专科收治后打包传输。但是，医院急诊科以“病人救治为中心”的信息采集、加工、存储与服务的信息系统在我国还处于起步阶段[2-3]。医院通过建设以病人为中心急诊信息系统，优化急救业务流程、提高质控水平、降低医疗差错率、提升急救医学科研能力。新医改形势下医院急诊信息化建设的重要意义有：①医院急诊信息化建设可提升信息化总体规划能力；②医院急诊信息化建设可提升急诊医护工作效率；……
