中医辨证治疗直肠癌放化疗毒副反应70例分析

摘要：目的研究对直肠癌放化疗患者采用中医辨证治疗的效果。方法选取我院近年收治的直肠癌放化疗患者共70例，随机分为对照组及观察组，各35例。对照组采用常规模式治疗,观察组另加入中医辨证治疗。对比2组患者体质量变化情况以及不良反应情况。结果体质量变化方面，观察组更多患者体质量处于增加或稳定状态,仅1例(2.86%)体质量下降；对照组中则出现6例(17.14%)体质量下降,仅2例(5.71%)体质量增加。不良反应方面，观察组腹泻2例(5.71%)，食欲不振3例(8.57%)，呕吐16例(45.71%)，恶心30例(85.71%)，对照组腹泻5例(14.29%)，食欲不振11例(31.43%)，呕吐31例(88.57%)，恶心35例(100.00%)。2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对直肠癌放化疗患者实施中医辨证治疗能够避免患者体质量下降，同时降低不良反应发生率。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of rectal cancer treatment with radiation and chemotherapy patients with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsSelection method of rectal cancer radiation and chemotherapy patients admitted in our hospital in recent years,a total of 70 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Join other group control group adopts the model of conventional treatment,Chinese medicine dialectical treatment.Compared to two groups of patients with weight changes and adverse reactions.ResultsChanges in body weight,the observation group more patient weight in increasing or stable state,only 1 case (2.86%) weight loss;in the control group,6 cases (17.14%) weight loss.Only 2 cases (5.71%) to gain weight.Adverse reactions were diarrhea group 2 cases (5.71%),3 cases of loss of appetite (8.57%),vomiting in 16 cases (45.71%),nausea in 30 cases (85.71%),control group of diarrhea in 5 cases (14.29%),11 cases of loss of appetite (31.43%),31 cases of vomiting (88.57%),nausea,35 cases (100.00%).Several compared significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionFor patients with rectal cancer radiation and chemotherapy patients with Chinese medicine dialectical therapy can avoid body quality drop,at the same time reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,clinical popularization value.

放化疗是在切除直肠之后避免肿瘤转移、复发的一种治疗方式，在癌症的治疗中意义重大。但放化疗由于会对患者正常细胞以及肠道功能产生影响，可能让患者出现神经毒性、肝功能受损、白细胞下降以及肠道功能紊乱等毒副反应[1]，令患者产生严重不适，继而出现放弃或中止放化疗现象。中医是我国传统医药研究领域，本院基于这一背景，针对直肠癌放化疗患者采用中医辨证疗法，现将研究结果报道如下。……
