【摘要】目的 探讨心理护理在卵巢囊肿患者手术中的应用价值。方法 选取2012年12月至2014年12月兴化市第五人民医院收治的卵巢囊肿手术患者60例为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各30例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上实施心理护理，比较两组患者的抑郁及焦虑评分情况。结果 术后，观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论 对卵巢囊肿患者实施心理护理可明显减轻抑郁与焦虑的不良情绪。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical application value of psychological nursing in patients with ovarian cyst. Methods From December 2012 to December 2014,60 patients with ovarian cyst surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of 30 cases.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group was treated with nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The depression and anxiety scores of the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention in patients with ovarian cyst can significantly reduce the depression and anxiety of patients with depression.

卵巢囊肿作为临床上一类发病率较高的妇科疾病，以育龄期妇女为主要发病人群。据资料调查显示，绝大多数卵巢囊肿为良性肿瘤，且以盆腔为好发部位，在发病早期并无明显临床症状，常耽误诊断与治疗。因此，约有一半以上卵巢囊肿患者入院接受检查治疗时已为晚期，不仅给治疗带来困难，同时对患者的身体健康造成了严重威胁，其多伴有不同程度的心理负担及不良情绪[1]。本研究就心理护理在卵巢囊肿患者手术中的应用价值进行探讨，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2012年12月至2014年12月我院收治的卵巢囊肿手术患者60例为研究对象，患者均在我院经病理检查确诊，排除其他严重内分泌系统疾病，且在半年内均使用激素进行治疗，并签署了知情同意书。……
