园艺植物扶芳藤叶总黄酮的体外抗氧化活性

摘    要：通过总黄酮的提取及其对自由基的清除能力研究，可为园艺植物扶芳藤提供新的深层次开发和利用方向。将扶芳藤叶片洗净烘干至恒质量，粉碎后分别采用石油醚、75%乙醇在索式提取器里回流浸提，然后减压浓缩提取液，得到扶芳藤叶总黄酮提取物，以芦丁和Vc为阳性对照，进行体外抗氧化试验研究。结果显示，扶芳藤叶总黄酮提取物具有较强的体外抗氧化活性，清除超氧阴离子自由基能力远远优于芦丁和Vc，清除羟基自由基和DPPH·自由基的能力与芦丁和Vc相当，且在试验浓度范围内，清除能力随扶芳藤叶中总黄酮提取物浓度的增加而呈上升趋势。研究认为扶芳藤叶可加强作为天然抗氧化剂来源的应用，同时，该研究可为园艺植物扶芳藤具有的药用保健作用提供机理阐释的参考。

Antioxidant Activities of the Total Flavonoids from the Horticulture Plant of Euonymus fortunei Hand. Leaves

Abstract： In order to provide a new way for the development and utilization of the horticulture plant of Euonymus fortunei Hand.， the extraction of total flavonoids and its scavenging ability on free radicals were studied. Euonymus fortunei Hand. leaves were dried and pulverized to powder， then were extracted in Soxhlet extractor with petroleum ether and 75% ethanol. The extract was concentrated by vacuum and total flavonoids from Euonymus fortunei Hand. leaves were gotten. The antioxidant properties in vitro. of total flavonoids from the leaves of Euonymus fortunei Hand. were studied with rutin and Vc as positive control. The result showed that the total flavonoids from the leaves of Euonymus fortunei Hand. had a good anti-oxidant properties， its scavenging ability of superoxide anion free radical of was much better than that of rutin and Vc， and its scavenging ability of hydroxyl and DPPH· radicals was almost equal to that of rutin and Vc. In the range of experimental concentration， the scavenging capacity raised with the increase of the concentration of the total flavonoids. It is concluded that the leaves of Euonymus fortunei would be enhanced development as natural antioxidants to improve economic value of deep processing. And then， the experiment could provide the basis to clarify the mechanism of medicinal and healthy function of Euonymus fortunei Hand..

扶芳藤 （Euonymus fortunei（Turcz.）Hand.-Mzt.），属卫矛科（Celastraceae）卫矛属（Euonymus L.），其叶夏季黄绿相间、冬季颜色鲜红，且能抗SO2、SO3等有害气体，是优良的彩化绿化园艺植物;其根、茎、叶、果、种子等均可入药，具降压、镇痛抗风湿、改善微循环、抗衰老及提高机体非特异性免疫等药用和保健功能[1]。摘其茎叶制成茶饮，不仅可以生津止渴，还具保健和药用价值[2]。动物药理实验研究表明，扶芳藤的粗提物及其复合制剂具有明显的降压、防治风湿、抗应激、抗心肌缺氧、抗衰老和改善微循环等作用[3-6]。因此，扶芳藤是一种既具观赏绿化园艺价值，又具药用、茶饮和保健价值的资源植物。……
